Claims (1)
- 投光部から投光ビームを所定区域に投射すると
ともに、この投光ビームの反射光または透過光を
受光部で受光し、前記投光ビームの投射範囲と前
記受光部の受光視野とが重合する検知エリアに被
検知物体が存在した場合に、この被検知物体によ
り前記投光ビームが反射または遮断されて前記受
光部の受光量が増加または減少することから被検
知物体を光学的に検知するようになつた光電セン
サにおいて、センサ本体における前記投光部の投
光面または前記受光部の受光面に選択的に装着さ
れて前記投光ビームまたは受光視野を変化させる
ことにより前記検知エリアの設定を変えるプリズ
ムまたはレンズ等の光学系からなる光ビーム変更
用アタツチメントを備えてなることを特徴とする
光電センサ。
