- 洗浄槽内の溶剤をヒータにより加熱気化させ、
この気化蒸気により被洗浄物を脱脂洗浄する蒸気
洗浄器において、前記洗浄槽内の雰囲気圧力を下
げる減圧手段を設けたことを特徴とする蒸気洗浄
器。
