- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 １ フツ素系不活性液を収容する不活性蒸気槽と
、フツ素系不活性液中に位置したフツ素不活性蒸
気を発生させるヒータと、不活性蒸気槽内に位置
した不活性蒸気で加熱される液体を収容した加熱
槽と、加熱槽の外周に位置した不活性蒸気槽内に
設ける冷却コイルとから成る加熱装置。 ２ 冷却コイルを上下２個所に設けて下側の冷却
コイルの下端を加熱槽の底よりも下側に位置させ
た請求項１の加熱装置。
