及び接地の間に接続したコンデンサと、前記中間
タツプに一端を接続した抵抗とを、外部回路への
接続用のコネクターをもつユニツト内に備えてお
り、前記抵抗の他端は前記コネクターの１つの端
子に接続してあり該端子を介して前記外部回路か
ら動作用電圧を選択印加させて使用することを特
