２の巻線の接続点に電源を供給するとともに、前
記第１のトランジスタのベースと前記第２のトラ
ンジスタのコレクタおよび前記第２のトランジス
タのベースと前記第１のトランジスタのコレクタ
とをそれぞれ結合回路で接続したことを特徴とす
