いて前記変成器は第１，第２及び第３の巻線を有
し、前記スイツチングトランジスタのエミツタ及
び前記変成器の第１と第３の巻線の巻き始め端が
前記入力端のプラス側に接続され、前記スイツチ
ングトランジスタのベースは抵抗を介して前記入
力端のマイナス側に接続され、前記第１の巻線の
巻き終り端は前記スイツチングトランジスタのベ
ースに接続されており、さらに前記第２の巻線の
巻き始め端は前記スイツチングトランジスタのコ
レクタに、かつ該第２の巻線の巻き終りが前記入
力端のマイナス側に接続され、前記第３の巻線の
巻き終り端が整流器を介して出力コンデンサの一
端に接続され、前記スイツチングトランジスタの
ベースが該出力コンデンサの該一端にツエナーダ
イオードを介して接続され、該出力コンデンサの
他端が前記入力端のマイナス側に接続され、前記
出力端は前記出力コンデンサの両端に接続されて
