ギヤツプスペーサを被着形成し、前記絶縁層及び
前記ギヤツプスペーサ上に上部磁性層を被着形成
した薄膜磁気ヘツドにおいて、前記下部磁性層の
上面に底面に角部を有さない凹部を形成し、該凹
部内に前記導体コイル層を形成したことを特徴と
