形成し、該凹部上に下部磁性層及び上面が前記下
部磁性層のギヤツプ形成面と面一である第１絶縁
層を形成し、該第１絶縁層上に第２絶縁層を形成
し、前記第１、第２絶縁層により上記絶縁層を構
