２実施例を示すタイミングベルトカバーの取付け
部位の拡大断面図である。第４図は従来のタイミ
ングベルトカバーの取付け部位の断面図である。
第５図はボルト締付け時の従来のタイミングベル
トカバーの取付け部位の断面図である。第６図は
亀裂発生時の従来のタイミングベルトカバーの取
付け部位の正面図である。 図において、２はエンジン、４はクランクシヤ
フト、６は駆動プーリ、８はカムシヤフト、１０
は被駆動プーリ、１２はタイミングベルト、１４
はベルトテンシヨナ、１６はタイミングベルトカ
バー１６、１８は取付用ボルト、２０はスペーサ
、２２は貫通孔部、２４はボルト締付け用穴部、
２６は穴部である。

亀裂発生時の従来のタイミングベルトカバーの取
付け部位の正面図である。 図において、２はエンジン、４はクランクシヤ
フト、６は駆動プーリ、８はカムシヤフト、１０
は被駆動プーリ、１２はタイミングベルト、１４
はベルトテンシヨナ、１６はタイミングベルトカ
バー１６、１８は取付用ボルト、２０はスペーサ
、２２は貫通孔部、２４はボルト締付け用穴部、
２６は穴部である。
Claims (1)
- タイミングベルトの防塵を果すべくスペーサを
介して取付用ボルトによりエンジンに取付けられ
るタイミングベルトカバーの取付構造において、
前記タイミングベルトカバー周縁部位に貫通孔部
を形成するとともに貫通孔部に合致する前記エン
ジン部位に穴部を形成し、この穴部内に少なくと
も前記スペーサを位置させ前記取付用ボルトによ
り取付ける構成としたことを特徴とするタイミン
グベルトカバーの取付構造。
