Claims (1)
- 底面部を形成する金属部と、該金属部の上面に
積層される第１のセラミツク層と、該第１のセラ
ミツク層の上面に積層される前記第１のセラミツ
ク層と同一外形寸法で上面にメタライズ層を形成
した第２のセラミツク層と、前記メタライズ層の
上面にキヤツプシール部を介して固着されるキヤ
ツプと、前記第１のセラミツク層と前記第２のセ
ラミツク層の層間から導出される複数のリードと
、前記金属部と前記メタライズ層とを電気的に接
続する前記第１のメタライズ層と前記第２のメタ
ライズ層との側面のコーナ部に形成される壁面メ
タライズ層とを含むことを特徴とする集積回路パ
ツケージ。
