属細線をボンデイング面に押し付けて加圧・振動
させてボンデイングするウエツジと、 ウエツジの側方に配置されボンデイングされた
金属細線及びボンデイング面に撥水剤を噴射する
ノズルとを具備したことを特徴とする半導体製造
装置。
