Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve flexibility in floor planning by partitioning a construction with a ceiling which is built up by prefabrication inside a building by wall panels to form a plurality of multipurpose rooms. CONSTITUTION: A construction C with a ceiling is built up by prefabrication inside a building, and required space is totally surrounded and partitioned. This space is partitioned by partition wall panels 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 to allot required space to each section to form a plurality of multipurpose room spaces, and these room spaces are allotted to washrooms S1 , S3 , a dressing room S2 , a resting room S4 , a hot-water service room S5 and a cleaning equipment room S6 . Mutual spatial flexibility among the room spaces can therefore be improved.

(Conventional technology) The recent pill rush in urban areas is remarkable, but flexibility in floor planning can be cited as one of the fundamental factors that increase the added value of such buildings. In order to obtain an advantageous system in this respect, it would be a good idea to expand the free space on each floor to accommodate a variety of equipment.

However, each floor of such a building has a toilet, and it is necessary to secure space for such facilities. In this regard, conventionally, a specific area is generally enclosed by the building frame itself or by a wall that is integrated with the frame, and wall covering materials are pasted on the inner surface of such enclosing walls, or wall panels are constructed along the walls. A ceiling finishing panel was suspended or stretched between the upper parts to define a dedicated space, in which toilet facilities were installed.

For example, various spaces are set up for various purposes, such as a tea ceremony area, smoking area, or rest area within an office building. Conventionally, these spaces were created by enclosing appropriate vacant areas with screens, etc. They were operated in a convenient way and were spread out at various stations.

(Function) According to the above means, a space of the required size, including rooms for toilets and cleaning equipment, is entirely surrounded by a building with a ceiling, and this is divided as appropriate. Partition,
We try to obtain multiple room spaces intended for multi-purpose use, so even if one of them is used as a place for a toilet and the other for cleaning equipment, the initial As long as there are no omissions in the layout plan, there will be no shortage of overall space.Furthermore, since the partitioning method uses partition wall panels that are easy to adjust, you can define as much space as you actually need. Moreover, since the building is constructed using the so-called Blefap method, in which factory-produced panels and units are assembled on-site, the installation area is not specified and the cost burden is small. In addition, toilets are originally needed, and by taking advantage of this, we can obtain rooms for various purposes, which reduces the cost burden by half. Furthermore, since a room that could be used for multiple purposes is used for cleaning equipment, this will improve the image of the equipment.

By the way, when allocating the above-mentioned room spaces 31-36, it is only necessary to secure at least a space for the main purpose of toilet and cleaning equipment. For example, S4 may be designated as a non-smoking rest room or entertainment room, The usage form and order of the rooms can be arbitrary, such as being used as a shower room, and therefore, an optimal layout can be obtained in consideration of the sharing of interior equipment, especially the units, and the relationship of connections.

(Effects of the Invention) As is clear from the above description, according to the present invention, a required space is entirely surrounded and defined by a building with a ceiling assembled using a prefabricated method, and this is partitioned by partition wall panels. In order to obtain multiple room spaces for multi-purpose use, one of which is used as a toilet and the other as a room for cleaning equipment, at least the area containing the toilet is , the installation area does not need to be specified,
Therefore, there is a lot of flexibility in floor planning. Moreover, by adjusting the partitions with partition wall panels, it is possible to achieve space flexibility between room spaces, so you only need to define a space as wide as you actually need, thus saving space. It is also extremely advantageous in terms of. In addition, it is possible to obtain rooms for various purposes at a relatively low cost, and it also improves the image of the cleaning equipment room.
