Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 半径方向に突出したトラニオン1,2を有
する一対の2軸ヨーク3,4と、トラニオン1,
2を受ける軸受5が直径線上で直交するように配
置せられている環状中間輪6とからなる中間輪タ
イプのユニバーサルジヨイントにおいて、中間輪
6に密に被せ止められかつ球状外面7aを備えた
環状中央カバー7と、端部の取付けフランジ8,
9と中間輪6との間において各ヨーク3,4に設
けられたカラー10,11と、断面水平折曲外縁
部12,13がカラー周面に密に固定せられかつ
中央カバー7の球状外面7aに摺接する球状内面
14a,15aを備えた一対の環状側部カバー1
4,15と、各側部カバー14,15の内縁部に
設けられて中央カバー7の外周面に密接する環状
シール部材16,17とよりなり、両側部カバー
14,15の内縁部18,19どうしの間には摺
動所要間隙20が設けられ、各取付フランジ8,
9の径が環状側部カバー14,15を通過せしめ
うる大きさとなされているユニバーサルジヨイン
ト。 (2) 両側部カバー14,15の内縁部18,1
9に摺動所要間隙20を覆うベローズ21がわた
し止められている請求項1記載のユニバーサルジ
ヨイント。
