  1. シリンダー内に摺動自在に挿入され、該シリン
    ダ底部の第1油室に一端が面し、他端は第2油室
    に面し、前記シリンダーから突出したロツド部と
    一体であるプランジヤーと該ロツド部とシールさ
    れ前記シリンダー内を摺動自在に挿入されたフリ
    ーピストンを備え、前記シリンダー底部にシリン
    ダーガイド部材及びリターンスプリングが配置さ
    れた密封式オートテンシヨナーにおいて、シリン
    ダー先端部にロツドの先端部を摺動可能に支持出
    来るロツドガイドを設けた、密封式オートテンシ
    ヨナー。
