- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 半導体ウエーハを吸着保持したターンテーブル
を回転させる駆動用モータと、 前記半導体ウエーハ表面の不要な突起を破砕除
去する加工用ヘツドと、 前記加工用ヘツドを半導体ウエーハの半径方向
に移動させる駆動装置と、 加工用ヘツドの位置を検出し、加工用ヘツドと
半導体ウエーハの相対速度がほぼ一定になるよう
に上記駆動用モータを制御する制御装置とを具備
したことを特徴とする半導体製造装置。
