- 対話用装置１、受領書発行用プリンタ２、音声
メツセージ出力用スピーカー３、入力キー４を備
えたコントロールボツクス５と、自動開閉ドア７
ａ，７ｂ…７ｎおよび在席検知センサー６ａ，６
ｂ…６ｎを装備した複数の配送物収納室７Ａ，７
Ｂ…７Ｎを備えた配送物保管用ボツクス８とから
構成される配送物保管管理システムであつて、上
記入力キー４への入力操作に基づいて、上記配送
物保管用ボツクス８への配送物受け入れ動作の進
行を音声メツセージにて順次指示するとともに、
その指示された音声メツセージに対応する動作を
行なう制御装置を具備したことを特徴とする配送
物保管管理システム。
