    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 主平面に電極を有する正特性サーミスタと、前
    記正特性サーミスタを収納する絶縁ケースおよび
    絶縁フタと、前記正特性サーミスタを挾持、圧着
    するバネ性を有する金属からなる電極部と前記絶
    縁ケースより外部に引き出された熱伝導性の悪い
    金属からなる導出部とを接合して構成された一対
    の端子とを備えた正特性サーミスタ装置。
