Claims (1)
- 両主面に電極を有する正特性サーミスタ素子を
ケース内に収納し、その両電極にそれぞれつなが
る二つの端子をケース外に引き出したものであつ
て、一方の端子のケース内における途中に、それ
自身の弾性力によつて開路する接点部分を直列に
挿入し、この接点部分とケース間に、所定温度で
溶ける溶断素子を、正特性サーミスタ素子と熱的
に結合させて挿入してそれで接点部分を閉路させ
ていることを特徴とする温度ヒユーズ機能付正特
性サーミスタ。
