Abstract

PURPOSE: To protect meat against discoloring, freezing or dry up by attaining chill from a ceiling evaporator through natural convection in the ceiling of a containing room at the time of cooling and attaining chill from an auxiliary evaporator at the time of defrosting thereby sustaining a uniform temperature distribution in the containing room. CONSTITUTION: At the time of cooling, a main evaporator 7 and a ceiling evaporator 3 generate cold heat and a fan motor 9 is conducted to carry cold heat generated from the main evaporator 7 through an opening 5 into a containing room 2. Since the height of the opening 5 is one half that of the containing room 2, natural convection takes place easily. Cold heat generated from the ceiling evaporator 3 is led from the upper part to the central part of the containing room 2 thus making uniform temperature distribution. 向切換により除霜時は主エバポレータ側から補助エバポ
レータ側へそれぞれ循環冷気を方向ずけるために、両エ
バポレータの間に介設された送風ファンを具備してなる

レータ7の部位近傍に付設されていることより、デフロ
ストヒータ10の発熱は補助エバポレータ8の冷却作用
に影響を与えることは少なくて済む。またこの補助エバ
ポレーク8による収納室2内の冷却はほぼ自然循環状聾
であることより、収納されろ肉に強い風があたることが
なく、肉の変色および乾燥が極力抑えるられることにな
る。加えて、主エバポレータ7および天井エバポレータ
3に付着している霜が溶けることにより収納室2内は加
湿が促進される。

路と、収納室の底板の下方に位置する循環冷気用通風路
内に互いに対向してに配設された主エバポレータおよび
補助エバポレータと、補助エバポレータに対し主エバポ
レータの外側近傍に配置された貯蔵用デフロストヒータ
と、各エバポレータと共に冷凍サイクルを構成するコン
プレッサ、コンデンサ、膨張弁を循環接続してなる冷媒
回路とからなり、 更にこの冷媒回路が、冷却時は、天井エバポレータと主
エバポレータのサイクルデフロスト運転を行ない、除霜
時は補助エバポレータのサイクルデフロスト運転を行な
うべく冷媒流を切換える切換弁を具備し、かつ冷却時は
、補助エバポレータ側から主エバポレータ側へ、回転方
向切換により除霜時は主エバポレータ側から補助エバポ
レータ側へそれぞれ循環冷気を方向ずけるために、両エ
バポレータの間に介設された送風ファンを具備してなる
精肉氷温熟成庫。
