Description

The present invention relates to a microwave heating package that is heated in a microwave oven or the like.

2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a container for storing food cooked by microwave heating generally includes a top-opening container body and a lid member that is detachably fitted to the container body. In order to maintain the fitting state of the lid member and the container main body, a container package in which a strip-shaped tape is mounted around the container is also known (for example, FIG. 6 of Patent Document 1).

Further, among containers heated by microwaves, a container in which a concave storage portion for storing articles is formed on the outer surface of a lid member is known. Usually, the container main body stores the main food that is heated and eaten by heating in the microwave oven, whereas the storage portion stores articles other than the main food. Examples of the articles to be placed in the storage unit include accessory foods such as salads, sprinkles, boiled eggs, and non-food items such as bonuses.
The container in which such a storage part is formed is provided in the form of a package in which a packaging material such as a strip-shaped tape is mounted around the container so as to cover the storage part. By mounting the packaging material in this manner, the lid member can be bound so as not to be detached from the container body, and unauthorized removal of articles placed in the storage unit can be prevented.

By the way, the articles placed in the storage unit are often not suitable for being heated in a microwave oven. For example, when the article placed in the storage unit is a salad or the like, the flavor is lowered when it is heated in a microwave oven. Therefore, this type of microwave heating package is generally used by heating the microwave oven after taking out the article placed in the storage section.

However, since the packaging material such as a strip-shaped tape covers the storage part, the packaging material must be opened and removed when the article placed in the storage part is taken out. Then, the binding state between the lid member and the container body is released. When the binding state of the lid member and the container main body is released, the lid member may come off from the container main body when heating in the microwave oven or taking out from the microwave oven, and the main food stored in the container main body There is a risk of spilling.

特開2005−35614号公報の図6及び[0031]〜[0033]FIG. 6 of JP-A-2005-35614 and [0031] to [0033]

Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the package body for microwave heating which can take out the articles | goods accommodated in the accommodating part, with the lid member and the container main body bound with the packaging material.

In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention has a container main body and a lid member that opens and closes the opening of the container main body, and a concave storage that can store articles on either the outer surface of the container main body or the outer surface of the lid member. And a packaging material that covers the concave storage part and is mounted around the container so that the lid member does not come off the container body. The packaging material corresponds to the storage part. The breaking line for opening the storage part is formed in the area to be provided, and the breaking line for opening the storage part provides a microwave heating packaging body that is not formed up to the edge of the packaging material.

In the microwave heating packaging body, since the breaking line for opening the storage part is formed in the region corresponding to the storage part of the packaging material, by cutting the packaging material along the breaking line for opening the storage part, An area corresponding to the storage portion of the packaging material can be opened.
On the other hand, since the breaking line for opening the storage portion is not formed up to the edge of the packaging material, when the packaging material is cut along the breaking line, it is not cut to the edge of the packaging material. Therefore, when it cuts off with the breaking line for accommodation part opening, it can maintain in the state where the edge of the packaging material was connected.
Therefore, it is possible to partially open the packaging material while maintaining the binding between the lid member and the container main body by the packaging material, and it is possible to take out the article placed in the storage unit through the opening.

In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the breaking line for opening the packaging material is further formed from the edge of the packaging material to the breaking line for opening the storage part, and the boundary between the breaking line for opening the packaging material and the breaking line for opening the storage part Further, the microwave heating packaging body is provided in which a cut portion that intersects the breaking line for opening the storage portion is formed.

Since the microwave heating package is formed with a breaking line for opening the storage portion, the article placed in the storage portion can be taken out by partially opening the packaging material.
Furthermore, since the breaking line for opening the packaging material is formed from the edge of the packaging material to the breaking line for opening the storage part, after partially opening the packaging material along the breaking line for opening the storage part, The packaging material can be opened by cutting along the breaking line for opening the packaging material.
In addition, since a cut portion that intersects the breaking line for opening the storage part is formed at the boundary between the breaking line for opening the packaging material and the breaking line for opening the storage part, the storage part should be opened to open the corresponding area. When cutting along the breaking line for part opening, the cutting line stops at the cut portion and there is no possibility of being cut to the edge of the packaging material.

Moreover, in the preferable aspect of this invention, the said package for microwave heating by which a linear through-hole is formed in a part of fracture | rupture line for accommodation part opening is provided.

In such a microwave heating package, since a linear through hole is formed in a part of the breaking line for opening the storage part, this part can be used as a starting point for cutting the breaking line for opening the storage part. Therefore, a part of the packaging material can be picked by inserting a nail or the like into the linear through hole, and can be easily cut out along the breaking line for opening the storage portion.

Further, the present invention has a container main body and a lid member that opens and closes the opening of the container main body, and a concave storage portion that can store articles is formed on either the outer surface of the container main body or the outer surface of the lid member. A container and a strip-shaped packaging material that is mounted around the container so that the lid member does not come off the container body, and the inner surface of the strip-shaped packaging material sandwiches the storage section. The microwave heating is applied to the outer surface of the container at the opposite position, and the packaging material is provided with a breaking line for opening the storage portion in the region between the two attachment portions. A packaging for use is provided.

In the microwave heating packaging body, the inner surface of the packaging material is adhered to the outer surface of the container at the opposite position across the accommodating portion, and the accommodating portion is opened in the region between the two adhering portions. Since the break line for forming is formed, the packaging material corresponding region can be opened by cutting the packaging material along the break line for opening the storage portion.
For example, when the breaking line for opening the storage portion is formed up to both edges of the belt-shaped packaging material, the packaging material is cut by cutting the packaging material along the breaking line for opening the storage portion. However, since the packaging material is adhered to the container at the opposite position across the storage portion, the packaging material does not come off the container. Accordingly, it is possible to maintain the binding between the lid member and the container main body by the packaging material while opening the accommodating portion corresponding region in the packaging material.

The packaging body for microwave heating according to the present invention can partially open the packaging material and take out the articles stored in the storage unit while the lid member and the container main body are bound by the packaging material.
Accordingly, it is possible to provide a microwave heating packaging body in which the lid member does not easily come off from the container body even after the article placed in the storage portion is taken out.

Hereinafter, the present invention will be specifically described with reference to the drawings.
(First embodiment)
1 to 3, reference numeral 1 denotes a container 5 having a top-opening container body 2 and a lid member 3 fitted to the container body 2, and a packaging material mounted around the container 5. 6 shows a package for heating a microwave oven.

The container body 2 is made of a container having a predetermined shape (for example, a circular shape in a top view) capable of storing food inside, and the material thereof is not particularly limited as long as it has heat resistance that can withstand microwave heating. And various synthetic resin sheets such as polystyrene, paper, a laminate of paper and synthetic resin, a synthetic resin foam, and glass.
The food stored in the container body 2 is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include food such as curry udon, stew, soup, curry, Chinese rice bowl, oden, fried noodles, cooked rice, mapo tofu, and other foods. It is done.

The lid member 3 is not particularly limited as long as the lid member 3 is formed in a predetermined shape capable of closing the opening of the container body 2 and the material has heat resistance that can withstand microwave heating. What was illustrated is mentioned. The lid member 3 may be the same type of material as the container body 2 or may be of a different type. For example, the container main body 2 is formed from a molded body of a resin foam, and the lid member 3 is formed from a molded body of a resin sheet.

The lid member 3 is fitted into the container body 2 (without using an adhesive / adhesive means such as an adhesive) and is configured to be detachable from the container body 2.
Specifically, the lid member 3 has an engaging portion 31 that can be engaged with and disengaged from the flange portion 21 of the container body 2. Further, the lid member 3 is provided with a steam discharge portion (not shown) for releasing steam. This vapor discharge part may be, for example, a gap secured between the lid member 3 and the flange part 21 of the container body 2, or a discharge hole partially opened in the lid member 3 or opened during microwave heating. It may be a known steaming means.

Further, a storage portion 7 for storing articles is formed at the center of the lid member 3. The storage part 7 is formed in a concave shape of an upper surface opening type in which the outer surface of the lid member 3 is recessed inward, and the specific shape thereof can be an appropriate shape according to the article to be stored. For example, in the illustrated example, the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3 includes a large-diameter dent 71 and a small-diameter dent 72 that are circular in a top view, and are continuously provided in two stages.
A desired article can be stored in the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3. Examples of articles that can be stored in the storage unit 7 include, for example, secondary foods such as foods to be eaten in accordance with foods stored in the container body 2 and foods to be eaten separately (salads, sprinkles, boiled eggs, etc.) Non-food accessories such as bonuses. These may be directly placed in the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3, or may be placed in the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3 in a state of being further packaged in a small bag or a small container.

The packaging material 6 is made of, for example, a cylindrical body in which both end portions in the longitudinal direction of a belt-like base material are stacked and adhered (center seal 61), and can be easily attached to the container 5 in a close-contact manner. A heat-shrinkable film is used.
The cylindrical packaging material 6 made of a heat-shrinkable film presses the lid member 3 downward and the container main body 2 upward by inserting and heating the cylindrical opening from the side of the container 5, Tightly unite both. The packaging material 6 substantially covers the upper side of the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3. Here, the term “substantially covering” means that the entire opening of the storage portion 7 is completely covered, and that an article placed in the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3 is illegally taken out or the article is not prepared. In order not to fall, the thing which partially covers the opening of the storage part 7 is also included.

The heat-shrinkable film constituting the packaging material 6 is not particularly limited as long as it is shrunk at least in the longitudinal direction (circumferential direction when formed into a cylindrical shape) by heating. For example, a polyester-based resin such as polyethylene terephthalate, One type selected from thermoplastic resins such as olefin resins such as polypropylene, styrene resins such as polystyrene and styrene-butadiene copolymers, cyclic olefin resins and vinyl chloride resins, or a mixture of two or more. A known film such as a synthetic resin film can be used. A laminated film in which two or more kinds of resins having heat shrinkability are laminated can also be used. The thickness of the film is not particularly limited, but if it is too thin, when opening a part of the packaging material 6 by the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part, the entire packaging material 6 may be accidentally divided and opened, A relatively thick material, for example, 12 μm or more is preferable, and 30 μm or more is particularly preferable. On the other hand, the upper limit of the thickness is not particularly limited, but a thickness of about 100 μm or less is used in consideration of cost.

Among them, the heat-shrinkable film is preferably one that greatly shrinks in the longitudinal direction (circumferential direction when formed into a cylindrical shape) because it can be attached in close contact with a container having an arc-shaped portion such as a circular shape. However, it may also shrink in the width direction (the direction orthogonal to the circumferential direction when formed into a cylindrical shape).
Generally, a heat-shrinkable film is formed by performing a stretching process, and has a property that it is easy to tear in the stretching direction. Therefore, a heat-shrinkable film that undergoes heat shrinkage greatly in the longitudinal direction is the main stretching direction, and is easy to tear in that direction and difficult to tear in the width direction. The packaging material 6 made of such a heat-shrinkable film can be prevented from being accidentally split to the edge 62 of the packaging material 6 when being cut along the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion.
The heat shrinkage rate (immersion in 90 ° C. warm water for 10 seconds) in the longitudinal direction (same as above) of the heat shrinkable film is about 30% or more, preferably about 50% or more. Further, the heat shrinkage rate (immersion in 90 ° C. warm water for 10 seconds) in the width direction (same as above) of the heat-shrinkable film is about -3 to 15%, preferably about -1 to 10%.
However, heat shrinkage rate (%) = [{(original length in the longitudinal direction (or width direction)) − (length after immersion in the longitudinal direction (or width direction))} / (longitudinal direction (or width direction) ) Original length)] × 100.

As shown in FIG. 3, for example, the packaging material 6 is formed to have the same width as or wider than the storage portion 7, and is mounted so as to cover the entire upper surface opening of the storage portion 7 of the lid member 3. Yes.
In this packaging material 6, a non-linear storage part opening breaking line 4 is formed in an area corresponding to the storage part 7. The breaking line 4 is composed of a perforated line in which a through-hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the packaging material 6 and a non-penetrating portion are continuously formed. The breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is not formed up to both edge portions 62 of the packaging material 6 but is formed in a non-linear shape surrounding the storage portion 7.

Specifically, as shown in FIG. 3 and FIG. 4, the breaking line 4 is a pair of straight lines formed so as to include a position that extends in the width direction of the packaging material 6 and overlaps the edge of the storage portion 7. It has horizontal break lines 41, 41, and a straight vertical break line 42 formed so as to include a position that extends in the circumferential direction of the packaging material 6 and overlaps the storage portion 7. Both ends of the pair of lateral break lines 41, 41 are formed at the center of the packaging material 6 without reaching the edge 62 of the packaging material 6. Both ends of the vertical fracture line 42 are connected to the horizontal fracture lines 41 and 41 at positions near one end of the lateral fracture lines 41 and 41, respectively. Therefore, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is formed in a substantially U shape in a top view so as to surround the storage portion 7.
Among the through holes of the storage portion opening breaking line 4, some of the through holes are formed in a line shape longer than the other through holes. For example, the through hole 42a at the center of the vertical fracture line 42 is formed in the longest cut line shape as compared with other through holes.

Specific dimensions of the through hole and the non-penetrating portion of the opening breaking line 4 are appropriately designed and are not particularly limited. As an example, the through hole 41a in the lateral break line 41 can be about 0.5 to 3 mm, and the non-through portion 41b can be about 0.5 to 2 mm. Further, the longest through hole 42a in the longitudinal break line can be about 5 to 20 mm, the other through hole 42b can be about 0.5 to 3 mm, and the non-through part 42c can be about 0.5 to 2 mm. .
The packaging material 6 and the container 5 are appropriately printed with a desired design, but the printing display is not shown.

Next, an example of the manufacturing method of the said packaging material is demonstrated.
A long film original fabric is drawn from the original fabric roll, and both ends are overlapped and bonded to produce a cylindrical film original fabric. This cylindrical film original is usually wound up in a roll shape in a flat state. The tubular film roll is loaded into a die-cutting apparatus, and a breaking line 4 for opening the storage section is formed at a predetermined interval.
For example, on the basis of one fold of the original tubular film in a flat folded state, the shape of half of the horizontal break line 41 and the vertical break line 42 to which one end of the horizontal break line 41 is connected is die-cut. By using and engraving, the half shape of one horizontal fracture line and the vertical fracture line is formed symmetrically with respect to the fold line as a reference line. Accordingly, a substantially U-shaped opening for breaking the storage portion 4 as shown in FIG. 1 is formed in the obtained tubular film original.

Finally, after cutting this cylindrical film raw material into predetermined length and producing the packaging material 6, this is inserted from the side part side of the container 5, and is thermally contracted, The said package 1 for microwave heatings Can be obtained.

In this microwave heating packaging body 1, since the breaking line 4 for opening the storage section is formed in the region corresponding to the storage section 7 in the packaging material 6, as shown in FIG. By cutting the packaging material 6 along the breaking line 4, an area corresponding to the storage portion 7 of the packaging material 6 can be opened. Thereafter, the article placed in the storage portion 7 can be taken out from the opening.
On the other hand, since the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion does not reach the edge 62 of the packaging material 6 and is formed in the central portion of the packaging material 6, the packaging material 6 is cut along the breaking line 4. The edge portion 62 of the packaging material 6 is not cut off. Therefore, the state where the edge side of the packaging material 6 is connected can be maintained while opening the storage area corresponding region of the packaging material 6.
In this way, the packaging material 6 can be partially opened while the packaging material 6 is mounted on the container 5, and the article placed in the storage unit 7 can be taken out. Microwave heating or the like can be performed in a state where the container body 2 is bound by the packaging material 6.

In addition, since the storage portion opening break line 4 has a part of the through-hole formed in a long line shape, this portion can be used as a starting point for cutting the storage portion opening break line 4. For example, by putting a nail or the like into this long linear through hole, it is possible to easily cut along the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion while picking a part of the packaging material 6. In particular, since this long through-hole 42a is formed in the center part of the vertical fracture line 42 formed between the horizontal fracture lines 41, by picking this part and taking it in the formation direction of the lateral fracture line 41, The storage area corresponding region of the packaging material 6 can be easily opened.

In this embodiment, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is formed in a substantially U shape when viewed from above, but the shape of the breaking line 4 is an appropriate shape within the scope of the present invention. Can be formed.
For example, as shown in FIG. 6A, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage section is formed with two lateral breaking lines 41 in an inclined shape, and a vertical breaking line 42 is connected to one end of both lateral breaking lines 41. Or may be formed in an endless shape (for example, a rectangular shape in a top view) as shown in FIG. Moreover, as shown in FIG.6 (b), each through-hole of the fracture | rupture line 4 for accommodating part opening may be formed in the substantially same length. Moreover, as shown in FIG.6 (c), the fracture | rupture line 4 for accommodating part opening may be formed in the upper surface substantially circular shape. Note that the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion in FIG. 4C is formed in a line shape in which some through holes are longer than the other through holes.
In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part is connected to one lateral breaking line 41 between at least two longitudinal breaking lines 42 substantially parallel to the edge 62 of the packaging material 6. It may be formed. In this case, it is preferable that a part of the through holes of the lateral break line 41 is formed in a long linear shape. The packaging material 6 having the storage part opening breaking line 4 is cut along the two vertical breaking lines 42 with the transverse breaking line 41 as a starting point, but the cutting direction is the circumferential direction of the packaging material 6. It is possible to prevent the packaging material 6 from being divided in the width direction by mistake.
In addition, each through-hole of the breaking line 4 for accommodating part opening is not restricted to what is formed in the linear form, For example, it may be a dot form penetrated using the needle hole.

(Second Embodiment)
The present embodiment relates to a microwave heating packaging body in which both a breaking line for opening a storage portion and a breaking line for opening a packaging material are provided in the packaging material.
Hereinafter, parts different from those of the first embodiment will be mainly described, explanations of similar configurations and effects may be omitted, and terms and figure numbers may be used.

As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the packaging body 1 of the present embodiment has a packaging material 6 in which a breaking line 4 for opening a storage portion and a breaking line 8 for opening a packaging material are formed.
Specifically, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part is formed in a region corresponding to the central part of the storage part 7 and extends in the width direction of the packaging material 6, and a vertical break extending in the circumferential direction. Line 42. Both end portions of the lateral break line 41 do not reach the edge portion 62 of the packaging material 6 but are formed up to the front side of the edge portion 62 as in the first embodiment.
The longitudinal break line 42 is connected to the pair of lateral break lines 41 at the center of the transverse break line 41, and to the pair of transverse break lines 41 at both ends of the transverse break line 41. And a break line extending in the circumferential direction beyond the transverse break line 41.
In addition, the vertical fracture line 42 in the center part is comprised by one cut line (long through-hole).

Furthermore, a break line 8 for opening the packaging material is formed from the edge 62 of the packaging material 6 to the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion. The breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material is composed of a perforated line in which a through hole penetrating the upper and lower surfaces of the packaging material 6 and a non-penetrating portion are continuously formed.
Specifically, the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material according to the present embodiment is formed continuously at both ends of the pair of lateral breaking lines 41 in the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion, and in the width direction. It extends to reach the edge 62 of the packaging material 6. Therefore, the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material of this embodiment is composed of a total of four breaking lines.
Specific dimensions of the through hole and the non-penetrating portion of the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material are appropriately designed and are not particularly limited. For example, the through hole may be about 0.5 to 3 mm, and the non-through portion may be about 0.5 to 2 mm.
A notch 9 is provided at the boundary between the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material and the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part. The cut portion 9 is configured by, for example, a linear cut line that penetrates the upper and lower surfaces of the packaging material 6, and the cut portion 9 intersects the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion (for example, orthogonal) Etc.).

Similarly to the first embodiment, the microwave heating packaging body 1 is cut along the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part to partially open a region corresponding to the storage part 7 in the packaging material 6. can do.
In the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part, the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material that reaches the edge 62 of the packaging material 6 is continuously formed, but the notch 9 is formed at the boundary between the two. Therefore, when cutting along the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion, the cut line is divided at the cut portion 9. Therefore, it is possible to prevent the cut line generated when opening the storage unit corresponding region from reaching the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material beyond the breaking line 4 for opening the storage unit. Therefore, after opening, the state where the edge side of the packaging material 6 is connected can be maintained. And when the microwave heating is performed and the packaging material 6 is removed, the packaging material 6 is utilized using the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material. By cutting off the edge side, the packaging material 6 can be divided in the width direction and can be easily opened. After opening the packaging material 6, the lid member 3 can be removed from the container body 2 and the food in the container body 2 can be eaten.

In this embodiment, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion and the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material are formed in the shape of the top view as described above. It can be formed in an appropriate shape within the scope of the present invention.
For example, as shown in FIG. 10, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from the top, and the breaking line 8 for opening the packaging material forms the lateral breaking line constituting the breaking line 4 for opening the storage part The aspect etc. which are formed in the line 41 from the edge part of the one horizontal fracture line 41 to the edge part 62 of the packaging material 6 may be sufficient.

Moreover, in 1st Embodiment and 2nd Embodiment, the packaging material 6 is comprised from the strip | belt-shaped cylindrical body, and is partially mounted | worn around the container, but the packaging material 6 is limited to strip | belt shape. Instead, for example, as shown in FIG. 11, it may be composed of an overlap film that is attached to the entire periphery of the container 5. The packaging material 6 has a packaging form called pillow packaging. The packaging material 6 is, for example, made of a polypropylene-based biaxially stretched heat-shrinkable film having a thickness of 10 to 20 μm in a cylindrical shape so as to wrap the entire container 5, and heat-welded both side ends overlapped in the longitudinal direction At the same time, both sides of the cylindrical film are bonded by thermal fusing in the width direction (the fusing adhesion portions on both sides correspond to the edge portions 62 of the packaging material 6), thereby forming a three-side heat-sealed bag body. Then, it is mounted on the container 5 by heat shrinking. The packaging body 1 to which the packaging material 6 made of the overlap film is attached can maintain the fitted state of the lid member 3 and the container body 2.
Similarly to the first and second embodiments, the packaging material 6 made of an overlap film is formed with a breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion in a region corresponding to the storage portion 7, and, if necessary, the packaging material. An opening breaking line 8 is formed.

(Third embodiment)
The present embodiment relates to a microwave heating packaging body in which a packaging material is adhered to the outer surface of a container.
Hereinafter, parts different from those of the first embodiment and the second embodiment will be mainly described, description of similar structures and effects may be omitted, and terms and figure numbers may be used.

In FIGS. 12 and 13, the strip-shaped packaging material 6 is attached to the lid member 3 at a position opposite to the storage portion 7. In the packaging material 6, a breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is formed between the two sticking portions 10.
Specifically, for example, on the inner surface of the belt-shaped packaging material 6, a pair of upper and lower sticking portions 10 are provided at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction (with a space slightly longer than the vertical length of the storage portion 7). Is provided. This sticking part 10 is formed by, for example, applying an adhesive elongated in the width direction of the packaging material 6. As the pressure-sensitive adhesive (which generally includes what is called an adhesive), a conventionally known one can be used, for example, a pressure-sensitive pressure-sensitive adhesive, which does not exhibit adhesiveness at room temperature and is heated. A heat-sensitive adhesive that exhibits adhesiveness, an adhesive that exhibits adhesiveness by irradiation with various light rays such as ultraviolet rays, and the like can be used. Among these, it is generally preferable to use a heat-sensitive adhesive.

Further, a breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion extending in the width direction is formed between the pair of sticking portions 10. The breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is formed from one edge portion 62 to the other edge portion 62 of the packaging material 6, for example, with a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction of the packaging material 6 (for example, the storage portion 7. Two of them are formed at almost the same distance as the vertical length.
Similar to the first embodiment and the like, a part of the through holes 4 of the housing opening breaking line 4 may be formed in a longer line shape than the other through holes.
The packaging material 6 is attached to the lid member 3 such that the pair of sticking portions 10 sandwich the storage portion 7, and is partially bonded to the outer surface of the lid member 6 via the sticking portion 10.

In the microwave heating packaging body 1 of the present embodiment, the inner surface of the packaging material 6 is adhered to the outer surface of the lid member 3 at opposite positions sandwiching the storage portion 7, and the two adhesive portions 10. A breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is formed in the region of the packaging material 6 therebetween.
The packaging body 1 can open the storage portion corresponding region of the packaging material 6 by cutting the packaging material 6 along the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion.
In addition, two breaking lines 4 for opening the storage part are formed at an interval substantially the same as the vertical length of the storage part 7, and the breaking lines 4 for opening the storage part are both edge portions of the strip-shaped packaging material 6. Since it is formed up to 62, as shown in FIG. 14, the packaging material 6 on the upper surface side of the storage portion 7 can be completely removed by cutting along the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion.
Thus, even if the storage portion corresponding area of the packaging material 6 is removed and the packaging material 6 is divided in the width direction, the packaging material 6 is adhered to the lid member 3 at an opposing position across the storage portion 7. Therefore, the packaging material 6 does not come off from the container 5. Therefore, the fitting state of the lid member 3 and the container main body 2 can be maintained by the packaging material 6.

In the present embodiment, two breaking lines 4 for opening the storage section are formed, but only one, or three or more may be formed. Further, the breaking line 4 for opening the storage portion is not necessarily limited to the one formed to reach both the edge portions 62 of the packaging material 6, and may be formed up to one edge portion 62, or the first embodiment. As shown in the form or the like, an aspect that does not reach the edge 62 of the packaging material 6 may be used.

Moreover, since the sticking part 10 is extended and formed to both the edge parts 62 of the packaging material 6, there exists an advantage that the adhesion | attachment width | variety with the container 5 becomes wide and it is hard to remove | deviate, but the sticking part 10 is packaging. It is not restricted to the aspect extended to both the edge parts 62 of the material 6, For example, the sticking part 10 can also be provided in the center part of the packaging material 6 partially.
In addition, it may replace with the method of apply | coating an adhesive previously to the packaging material 6, and may apply an adhesive to the container 5 side.

(Other embodiments)
In the first to third embodiments, the wrapping material 6 made of a strip-shaped tubular body is formed by previously forming a heat-shrinkable film into a tubular shape. The film may be attached to the container 5 by wrapping the film around the container 5 to form a cylinder and thermally shrinking the film.
Moreover, in the said 1st-3rd embodiment, although the heat shrinkable film is used for the packaging material 6, the packaging material 6 is not necessarily limited to what uses a heat shrinkable film. For example, a strip-shaped film that does not heat shrink may be used as the packaging material 6, and this may be wound around the container 5 and attached.
Further, in the first to third embodiments, the storage portion 7 is provided on the lid member 3, but the storage portion 7 may be provided on the outer surface of the container body 2, and the container body 2. And the lid member 3 may be provided. When providing the storage part 7 in the container main body 2, the storage part 7 can be formed, for example by denting the outer surface of the bottom part of the container main body 2 inside.

In the first to third embodiments, the lid member 3 and the container body 2 are formed of separate and independent members. For example, the lid member 3 and the container body 2 are connected by a hinge portion so as to be integrated. It may be formed. The lid member 3 can be rotated through a hinge portion to open and close the opening of the container body 2.
Furthermore, the shape of the lid member 3 and the container body 2 is not limited to a circular shape in a top view, and can be formed in a conventionally known shape such as a rectangular shape in a top view. Further, the shape of the storage portion 7 is not limited to the two-step dent having a circular shape when viewed from above, and can be formed into a dent having a desired shape.
