時の平面図である。 ２……排気流通路、３……弁部材、４……排圧
調整孔、７……補助弁部材、９……ライナー部材

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 両側端部に排気管との連結壁を突設した排気流
    通路の略直角方向に、板状弁部材の往復作動路を
    連通させた排気ブレーキ本体のハウジング該往復
    作動路内に、表面に排圧調整孔を貫設した前記弁
    部材が内装されて往復作動路の上側端部に連設し
    たエアーシリンダー装置との隔壁を貫通するピス
    トン桿の先端側に係着せしめ、更に該ピストン桿
    の先端附近に前記弁部材と掛合する補助弁部材と
    してのライナー部材を、ブロツク部材を介在して
    取付けた支持枠部材に保持せしめ、弁部材による
    排気流通路での閉路に際して補助部材により排圧
    調整孔を閉じると共に、ピストン桿の移動によつ
    て該弁部材を一方向に押圧せしめ、一方、開路に
    あつて補助弁部材により排圧調整孔を開くと共に
    、該補助弁部材がブロツク部材を介して弁部材側
    に掛合して他方向に移動するようにしてなる排気
    ブレーキ装置において、前記ライナー部材に、前
    記弁部材３による排気流通路２の閉路時の排圧調
    整孔４を閉じた状態にあつて、該排圧調整孔部に
    重合して貫通する過負荷防止用の排気逃がし孔１
    １を有して構成したことを特徴とするスライド式
    排気ブレーキ装置。
