、外部電源を用いて両電極体間に所定の電位を加
えて局所的に高い電流密度を発生させ且つ吸液性
部材に酸処理液を含浸するとともに、吸液性部材
又は金属材料を相対的に回転して吸液性部材で酸
化物皮膜を順次分離していく環状酸化物皮膜の除
去装置。 2 支持部材は円弧状側面の受板であり、該受板
から出た使用済みの希酸処理液はポンプによつて
