置であつて、金属材料に接触して酸化物皮膜を摩
擦する吸液性部材と、吸液性部材を受け且つ少な
くとも一部で一方の電極体を構成する支持部材と
、金属材料表面に接触する他方の電極体とを備え
、外部電源を用いて両電極体間に所定の電位を加
えて局所的に高い電流密度を発生させ且つ吸液性
部材に酸処理液を含浸するとともに、吸液性部材
又は金属材料を相対的に回転して吸液性部材で酸
化物皮膜を順次分離していく環状酸化物皮膜の除
去装置。 2 支持部材は円弧状側面の受板であり、該受板
から出た使用済みの希酸処理液はポンプによつて
タンクに循環させる請求項1記載の装置。 3 支持部材は円筒形のローラであり、該ローラ
に新液の希酸処理液をポンプによつて強制的に送
