電極と低圧電極との間に高電圧を印加してオゾン
を発生させるオゾン発生器と、該オゾン発生器で
発生したオゾンと悪臭成分とを効果的に反応させ
る反応槽と、該反応槽の前方に位置する活性炭素
材からなるオゾン分解フイルターとを備えた脱臭
装置に於いて、上記オゾン分解フイルターの内面
側に酸化触媒フイルターを配置した事を特徴とし
