Claims (1)
- 上型昇降手段と下型昇降手段とを備え、上、下
型と、少なくとも上、下型の先の部分が遊合する
貫通孔を有する枠型とを用いて、上型昇降手段に
より、枠型の下型が遊合した貫通孔内にガラス材
料を投入するためと成形された光学素子を取り出
すための上型の枠型からの上昇と、貫通孔内に投
入されたガラス材料をプレスして光学素子を成形
するための上型の枠型貫通孔内への下降とを行い
、下型昇降手段により、成形された光学素子を枠
型の貫通孔から突出させるための下型の上昇と、
光学素子が取り出された後下型を元の成形位置に
戻すための下型の下降とを行う成形装置において
、枠型の外側に溝を設けると共に、少なくとも下
型が上昇させられる際には枠型の外側の溝と係合
する係止部材を設けたことを特徴とするガラス光
学素子の成形装置。
