    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 磁界変化に応じて出力信号を変化させる感磁素
    子を、検出対象物に対向させた状態で、保護カバ
    ー内に収容しており、検出対象物の移動に伴う感
    磁素子の出力信号の変化に基づいて、検出対象物
    の位置或いは位置変化を検出する磁気センサであ
    つて、保護カバーのうちの、感磁素子と検出対象
    物との間の部分が、磁性体で形成されていると共
    に、他の部分が非磁性体で形成されていることを
    特徴とする磁気センサ。
