Claims (1)
- サーボモータと連結し、該サーボモータに駆動
されて回動して制御軸を移動させるボールねじと
、上記サーボモータの昇温による上記ボールねじ
の変位量を検出するセンサーと、このセンサーか
らの検出信号により上記制御軸の位置補正をすべ
く、上記サーボモータのサーボモータ制御部に補
正信号を出力する補正信号発生部とを備えたこと
を特徴とする位置制御装置。
