Claims (1)
- セラミツク円筒体１１の内周面及び外周面にそ
れぞれ金属層からなる対向する電極１２，１３を
形成して成る円筒チツプ型磁器コンデンサにおい
て、上記電極をセラミツク円筒体の両端面にまで
延長すると共に、上記セラミツク円筒体１１の少
なくとも両端開口部を絶縁材１５で閉じ、セラミ
ツク円筒体１１の両端に露出した電極１２，１３
の一部に接するよう、セラミツク円筒体１１と上
記絶縁材１５の表面上に端子電極１６，１７を形
成したことを特徴とする高周波回路用円筒チツプ
型磁器コンデンサ。
