- 蒸着、スパツタリング等により金属膜を形成す
る成膜装置において、基板等を固定する永久磁石
と、剛性があり、基板と接する部位が基板保持に
最少限の接触面積となる突起を有した板状の基板
固定材とにより形成したことを特徴とする基板固
定具。
