荷電をはじめるときに、位相制御信号を徐々に上
昇させることを特徴とする電気集じん装置の電源
装置。 (2) 間欠荷電機能により、サイリスタ等の電力
調整要素を制御して、商用周波数の電源より間欠
的に直流高電圧を発生し、また出口集じん室の集
じん極槌打信号を補機制御盤等から入力可能な電
気集じん装置の電源装置及びこれにより発生せら
れた直流高圧が印加されるようにした電気集じん
装置において、集じん極槌打信号入力により連続
荷電を行う直前の位相制御信号をメモリし、集じ
ん極槌打終了後このメモリした信号で間欠荷電を
再び開始させることを特徴とする電気集じん装置
の電源装置。 (3) 間欠荷電機能により、サイリスタ等の電力
調整要素を制御して、商用周波数の電源より間欠
