次のように補正する。
【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 表面にピン１ａが一定の間隔を置いて列設され
複数個の個装製品Ａを間隔を置いて水平状態で搬
送するピン付コンベヤ１、該ピン付コンベヤ１の
排出側に臨み、前記個装製品を水平状態で受入れ
垂直状態で排出する回転自在のスタツキングホイ
ール２、該スタツキングホイール２の排出側に臨
む勾配部３ａ及び該勾配部３ａに連続する平坦部
３ｂを有し前記個装製品を垂直整列状態で搬送す
るスロープコンベヤ３を、互いに接続するよう連
設すると共に、前記スロープコンベヤ３の一側に
は、平坦部３ｂの側方において該スロープコンベ
ヤ３の走行方向に対し直角方向にクロスフイード
板４を駆動して前記個装製品を反対側に押送する
駆動装置５を配設し、他側には積重ね装置６を配
設し、該積重ね装置６は、モータ７により駆動さ
れインデツクス装置８に軸支された中心軸の回り
に回転方向に対し９０°宛の間隔を置いて配設さ
れた４個の多層ボツクス９を備え、前記インデツ
クス装置８は上下動駆動装置１０により上下動自
在に支持されており、前記スロープコンベヤ３の
排出側上方には、多層ボツクス９内の個装製品を
一挙に反対側に押し出し、該部にセツトされた箱
内に収納せしめる押込み装置１１が配設され、前
記積重ね装置６は、４個の多層ボツクス９のうち
１個が前記クロスフイード板４と対峙したとき、
その回転方向前段の１個が前記押込み装置１１と
対峙するようモータ７によつて間欠的に回転駆動
されることを特徴とする多数個の個装製品自動集
積箱詰装置。

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 複数個の個装製品を搬送する所定位置において
    、前記個装製品を整列状態に修正させるコンベヤ
    と、該コンベヤ側方において、コンベヤの走行方
    向に対し直角方向にクロスフイード板を駆動して
    該個装品を反対側に押送する駆動装置と、４組の
    多層ボツクスを軸の回りに回転方向に対し９０°
    宛の間隔をおいて設けると共に、該多層ボツクス
    をモータにより回転駆動するインデツクス装置と
    、該インデツクス装置を上下動可能に下方より支
    持した上下駆動装置と、前記コンベヤの上方で多
    層ボツクス内の個装製品を一挙に反対側に押出し
    、該部にセツトされた箱内に収納せしめる押込み
    装置を設けてなり、多層ボツクスのうち、水平状
    態に保持された１組の多層ボツクスと、前記駆動
    装置によつて駆動されるクロスフイード板を対峙
    させたことを特徴とする多数個の個装製品自動集
    積箱詰装置。
