第１図は本考案の一実施例の縦断面図、第２図
は従来の回転割出装置を模式的に示す側面図、第
３図は第２図のクランプ機構部分の拡大断面図で
ある。 図中、１０は直接駆動型回転割出装置、１１は
ハウジング、１２はモータステータ、１３はモー
タロータ、１４は出力軸、１５は軸受、２０は回
転検出器（レゾルバ）、２６は割出テーブル、３
０はクランプ機構、３２は弾性部材、３４はクラ
ンプ部材、３５はシリンダ、３５Ａはシリンダの
平面部、３６はピストン、３６Ａはピストンの平
面部、３７は加圧室、３８は当接部、４１は流体
経路である。

Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 ハウジングに固定されたモータステータと、そ
    のステータに対向してハウジング内に同軸に配設
    されたモータロータと、そのモータロータに固着
    され軸方向に延長されて軸受を介して前記ハウジ
    ングに軸回転自在に支持された出力軸と、その出
    力軸に取りつけられた割出テーブルと、その割出
    テーブルの回転角を検出する回転検出器及び割出
    テーブルを停止位置に保持するクランプ機構とを
    備えた直接駆動型回転割出装置において、 前記クランプ機構は一端側をハウジングに片持
    ちに固定された弾性部材と、その弾性部材の自由
    端に固着され前記出力軸と離接自在なクランプ部
    材と、そのクランプ部材を前記弾性部材の弾性に
    抗して前記出力軸に対して圧接するべく径方向に
    広がる平面部を具えて軸方向に摺動自在にハウジ
    ングに取りつけたシリンダと、そのシリンダの平
    面部に対向する平面部と前記割出テーブルの裏面
    に当接可能な当接部とを有してシリンダに軸方向
    に移動可能に摺接するピストンと、前記シリンダ
    及びピストンの対向する平面部間に設けられた加
    圧室と、割出テーブルのクランプ時に加圧室に加
    圧流体を送入する流体経路とを備えたことを特徴
    とする直接駆動型回転割出装置。
