用いた制御装置において、電源オン時に「L」レ
ベルで電源オン時から所定時間経過後に「H」レ
ベルとなる時定数信号をMPUのリセツト端子へ
出力する時定数回路と、前記時定数信号の「L」
レベルおよび「H」レベルによりMPUのモード
プログラミング端子を「H」レベルおよび開放と
するトランジスタと、前記時定数信号の「L」レ
ベルによりMPUのモードプログラミング端子を
「L」レベルとするモード設定用ダイオードとに
よりモード選択を行なうことを特徴とするMPU
のモード選択回路。 (2) リセツト信号の立上り直前の信号状態によ
り動作モードを決定するマイクロコンピユータを
用いた制御装置において、電源オン時に「L」レ
ベルで電源オン時から所定時間経過後に「H」レ
ベルとなる時定数信号をMPUのリセツト端子へ
出力する時定数回路と、前記時定数信号の「L」
レベルおよび「H」レベルによりMPUのモード
プログラミング端子を「H」レベルおよび「L」
レベルとするトランジスタと、前記時定数信号の
「L」レベルによりMPUのモードプログラミン

よりモード設定を行なうことを特徴とするMPU
