用いた制御装置において、電源オン時に「Ｌ」レ
ベルで電源オン時から所定時間経過後に「Ｈ」レ
ベルとなる時定数信号をＭＰＵのリセツト端子へ
出力する時定数回路と、前記時定数信号の「Ｌ」
レベルおよび「Ｈ」レベルによりＭＰＵのモード
プログラミング端子を「Ｈ」レベルおよび開放と
するトランジスタと、前記時定数信号の「Ｌ」レ
ベルによりＭＰＵのモードプログラミング端子を
「Ｌ」レベルとするモード設定用ダイオードとに
よりモード選択を行なうことを特徴とするＭＰＵ
のモード選択回路。 (2) リセツト信号の立上り直前の信号状態によ
り動作モードを決定するマイクロコンピユータを
用いた制御装置において、電源オン時に「Ｌ」レ
ベルで電源オン時から所定時間経過後に「Ｈ」レ
ベルとなる時定数信号をＭＰＵのリセツト端子へ
出力する時定数回路と、前記時定数信号の「Ｌ」
レベルおよび「Ｈ」レベルによりＭＰＵのモード
プログラミング端子を「Ｈ」レベルおよび「Ｌ」
レベルとするトランジスタと、前記時定数信号の
「Ｌ」レベルによりＭＰＵのモードプログラミン
グ端子を「Ｈ」レベルとするモード設定抵抗とに
よりモード設定を行なうことを特徴とするＭＰＵ
