しめると共に前記第2のトランジスタをオンせし

設定し、電源オフ時には前記第2の時定数回路に
て前記第2のトランジスタを逆バイアスすること
により直ちにオフせしめ、以つてマイクロコンピ
ユーターを不能状態若しくはメモリ保持状態に設
