- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 コリメータレンズ及び対物レンズを通して被測
定レンズ面の曲率中心に指標光像を投影し、被測
定レンズ面による指標光像の反射像のずれ量を計
測して被測定レンズ面の偏心量を測定する偏心測
定装置において、 上記対物レンズは、相互間隔を変化させること
ができる第１レンズ群と第２レンズ群からなり、 上記第１レンズ群が正屈折力で第２レンズ群が
負屈折力である状態と、第１レンズ群が負屈折力
で第２レンズ群が正屈折力である状態に変換可能
であることを特徴とする偏心測定装置。
