Claims (1)

  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 負極側直流出力端子にアノードが共通接続
    された３個の整流用ダイオードを含んで三相ブリ
    ツジ結線されてなる三相整流回路に三相交流の全
    相が入力されているか否かを判別する三相整流回
    路の欠相検出装置において、 前記三相整流回路の三相交流入力端子にそれぞ
    れアノードが接続されカソードが共通接続された
    ３個の検出用ダイオードと、 該検出用ダイオードのカソードと前記三相整流
    回路の前記負極側直流出力端子との間に現れる脈
    動電圧を基準電圧と比較し、前記脈動電圧が前記
    基準電圧よりも小さくなつている期間に等しいパ
    ルス幅を有するパルス信号を出力する比較回路と
    、 前記比較回路から出力された前記パルス信号の
    うちパルス幅が所定の長さ以上のパルス信号の数
    を測定し所定期間内に所定の数以上のパルス数を
    計数すると欠相検出信号を出力する欠相判別回路
    とを具備してなる三相整流回路の欠相検出装置。 (2) 前記三相整流回路は、位相制御される制御
    整流素子を含んでなる三相混合ブリツジ整流回路
    からなる実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項に記載の
    三相整流回路の欠相検出装置。 (3) 前記欠相判別回路は、入力されるパルス信
    号のパルス幅を測定しパルス幅が所定の長さ以上
    あるときに有効パルス信号を出力するパルス幅測
    定回路と、前記所定期間内に前記有効パルス信号
    のパルス数を計数し電源周波数に応じて予め設定
    したパルス数を計数すると前記欠相検出信号を出
    力するカウンタ回路と、前記欠相検出信号を保持
    するラツチ回路とからなる実用新案登録請求の範
    囲第１項に記載の三相整流回路の欠相検出装置。
