Abstract

PURPOSE:To contrive simplification of a process and made skill unnecessary for uniform finishing by compounding a nonvulcanizing rubber adhesive sheet to the backside of a coated sheet. CONSTITUTION:After compounding of an adhesive rubber layer 1 and core material layer 2 to begin with, a coating layer 3 is formed by spraying a coating material. The adhesive rubber layer 1 is for adhesion of a coated sheet to the surface of a structure and mainly comprised of nonvulcanized natural rubber or nonvulcanized synthetic rubber and the same is obtained by compounding adhesion giving resin such as polybutane, a softening agent such as process oil, a filling agent, an aging prevention agent and a coloring pigment with the adhesive rubber layer 1 for kneading. A core material layer 2 is for adhesion of a reinforcing agent of the adhesive rubber layer 1 and both the adhesive rubber layer 1 and coating layer 3, for which woven cloth or nonwoven cloth or a net is used. The coating layer 3 is of a mastic coating layer and serves for a decorative part of the surface and a waterproof part. Although various compositions of a wide use can be used as mastic coating, such elastic coating having flexibility after cure is suitable among others and, for example, acrylic coating or normal temperature setting type fluorine resin coating is preferable.

Conventional techniques and their problems Conventionally, as a method of decoratively finishing the surface of a structure such as the outer wall of a building, there is a method of spraying cement-based, acrylic-based, or other spraying materials on the surface of the structure on-site. This method has the following problems specific to on-site construction. In other words, there is a loss of time and space associated with bringing in zero equipment.

In order to solve these problems unique to on-site construction, we have recently developed sheets that are layered with interior and exterior coating materials such as acrylic emulsion sprayed in advance at the factory on base sheets such as nonwoven fabrics made of glass fibers and synthetic fibers. A method of pasting the materials on-site using an adhesive such as acrylic rubber has been used, but this method also poses the following new problems. That is, (1) it is necessary to mix and apply the adhesive, and there are time constraints on the work due to the open time of the adhesive, and the work requires skill.

In addition, a major problem common to the paint layers obtained by the conventional methods described above is that when cracks occur in a structure, the paint layer cannot respond to and follow the cracks. First, it causes damage such as cracks to the paint film, resulting in a loss of waterproof properties. As well,
Once mold bacteria exists on the surface of the substrate due to moisture, etc., it multiplies and spreads through the sheet layer to the surface.
Significantly impairs the cosmetic properties of the painted surface.

The coating layer (3) is a mastic coating material layer, and serves as both a surface decorative part and a waterproof part. Mastic paints can be made of various general-purpose compositions, but among them, elastic paints that are flexible after curing are preferred; for example, acrylic resin paints and room-temperature-curing fluorine paints are suitable. Resin-based paint is preferable. An example of the formulation of the spray paint is shown below.

Furthermore, the coated sheet according to the present invention exhibits the following effects. That is, (1) since the back surface is a soft adhesive rubber layer, there is no need to adjust the unevenness of the base, which simplifies the process. Furthermore, since this adhesive layer coated sheet is manufactured in advance at a factory to a uniform thickness, no skill is required to achieve a uniform finish.
