Conventionally, pigments, sand, cold water and other fillers, and paints such as cement and resin binders have been used for exterior finishing of buildings. Such an exterior material is a liquid fluid, and since it is put in a container such as a bucket and carried and applied to a vertical wall surface, there is a risk that it will drop during the exterior work and stain the surroundings. For this reason, window glass, gutters, etc. must be covered and cured, and in fact, 70% to 80% of the exterior work is spent on the curing, especially when spray coating is applied, the exterior material jumps. Therefore, it will cause a great deal of trouble to the neighborhood.

In this respect, paper wallpaper, cloth wallpaper, vinyl wallpaper and the like (hereinafter, also simply referred to as an interior material in the present invention) are coated with an adhesive on the back surface thereof and attached to the wall surface, so that such inconvenience does not occur. However, water-soluble glues such as carboxymethyl cellulose, methyl cellulose, polyvinyl alcohol, etc. are mainly used as the adhesive, and although a resin emulsion is blended when high adhesive strength is required, it lacks water resistance. In addition, since the interior material covers the dirty wall surface of the construction base and displays it beautifully, it is made by bonding backing paper to ensure the concealing property so that the condition of the base does not appear on the construction surface. It is never used for exterior materials.

As described above, in the construction of interior materials such as paper wallpaper, cloth wallpaper, vinyl wallpaper, etc., there is no inconvenience that the adhesive scatters and drips during the work, but the interior material does not have water resistance or light resistance. In terms of physical properties, it cannot be used as an exterior material. That is, even if the exterior material can be diverted to the interior material at any time, the exterior material (design / design) is emphasized, and the interior material that does not emphasize physical properties such as water resistance and light resistance is diverted to the exterior material. I don't get it. Since it is a paper-based paper that has no water resistance and is surface-coated with paint or cloth, it has almost no water resistance or weather resistance. Therefore, even if synthetic paper is used instead of papermaking as the base, it lacks durability in terms of photothermal embrittlement. If carbon fiber is used as the base, adhesiveness is poor, and if glass fiber is used as the base, cracks occur on the surface. A problem such as easy occurrence occurs, and after all, an interior material that can be practically used as an exterior material has not been obtained.

Therefore, in consideration of conventional techniques, backing paper that imparts concealing properties to paper wallpaper, cloth wallpaper, vinyl wallpaper, etc. is necessary to prevent the adhesive applied at the same time from bleeding to the front side. . However, when it is pasted on vinyl wallpaper where there is no risk of bleeding of the adhesive, the hiding property of paper wallpaper, cloth wallpaper, vinyl wallpaper, etc., depends on the thickness of the paper, so the backing paper is pasted together. It is thought to be made thick. Speaking of adhesives, the coating thickness applied at the time of construction is at least 0.4mm, but it does not absorb moisture.
Since it is a water-soluble paste containing 90 to 95%, it will dry to about 0 mm after construction. On the other hand, since the thickness of the backing paper is usually 0.4 mm or less, if the coating thickness of the water-soluble glue applied during construction does not change even after drying after construction, the hiding property is determined by the water-soluble glue coating. Therefore, a thin vinyl film having water resistance can be used as it is as an interior material without backing paper.

And since the conventional adhesive is mainly composed of water-soluble glue as described above, it is not suitable for construction on a wall surface facing the bathroom or outdoors which requires water resistance, but if an organic solvent solution type adhesive is used, it will be It will be possible.

However, the organic solvent contained in such an adhesive is not only expensive, but also harmful to the human body, so it is not practical, and the volatility of the adhesive makes the initial adhesive strength too strong. While the adhesive is not dried yet and the initial adhesive strength is weak, the normal work operation (hand work) of neatly constructing and finishing while extending the slack wrinkles generated in the interior material is hindered.

Therefore, the organic solvent solution type adhesive cannot be used for the construction of the interior material, and therefore the conversion of the interior material to the exterior material has been beyond the expectation of those skilled in the art.

Explaining in more detail the exterior sheet according to the present invention, the thickness of the asbestos sheet or glass fiber cloth is 400
μ or less, preferably 300 μ or less, thin, flexible and flexible inorganic sheet (woven or non-woven fabric) with emulsion resin to sprinkle the aggregate with an emulsion resin for surface makeup, and do not attach backing paper to the back side . As this emulsion resin, acrylic resin emulsion or ethylene / vinyl acetate resin emulsion is recommended. Of course, it may be a pigment, a talc, a filler such as calcium carbonate, aluminum hydroxide or titanium oxide, or a powder wax or an emulsion water repellent compounded, or a small amount of the above cements. You can also do it. In this case, as the filler, it is recommended to use glass beads having a particle size of 100 μ or less or micro perfect spherical bodies such as microballoons. The aggregate is granular,
It may be scaly or columnar, or may be inorganic such as sand or cold water or organic such as light-resistant plastic crushed particles, which are sprayed and adhered to an inorganic sheet coated with an emulsion resin, or It is mixed with emulsion resin and spray-bonded. The surface of the exterior sheet thus prepared can be finished by appropriately embossing or printing or applying a water repellent, but in that case, the surface irregularities due to the aggregate are not eliminated.

(1) In the present invention, the cement in the adhesive applied to the back surface of the exterior sheet is hydrated with the resin emulsion and the water contained in the water-soluble sizing agent to cure. In other words, the adhesive does not solidify and the exterior sheet adheres to the construction substrate by evaporative drying of the resin emulsion and the water content of the water-soluble sizing agent.
The adhesive is solidified by the hydration reaction between the resin emulsion, the water content of the water-soluble sizing agent and the cement, and the exterior sheet adheres to the construction substrate. Therefore, the coating thickness of the adhesive applied at the time of construction does not change even after the construction, and a mortar layer of the adhesive is formed on the back surface of the exterior sheet. And this mortar layer is opaque and has hiding power,
Nonflammable and water resistant. Therefore, it becomes possible to construct exterior sheets for bathrooms and outdoors that require water resistance, and because the mortar layer ensures concealing properties, even thin vinyl films can be used as is without using backing paper. This makes it possible to directly attach the exterior sheet to a base having a crack gap or plywood joint irregularities without any adjustment of the base to eliminate the irregularities. When using a plastic, ultra-thin sheet, such as a vinyl film with a thickness of 100 μ or less and about 50 μ, as an exterior sheet, directly attach it to the wall surface, and then project a flat surface with a protrusion of 2 to 5 mm. It is good to finish by stroking the surface that is embossed with rollers that are evenly projected over the entire surface with a gap (groove) of 10 mm or more.

(2) Since the exterior sheet is thin without a backing paper in this way, even inorganic sheets, which are generally considered to be non-stretchable, can be used as a base for undulations that tend to occur on construction wall surfaces and in close contact with construction walls. In order to obtain a flexible exterior sheet that can be used, and in order to ensure the close adhesion, it is preferable that the thickness of the inorganic sheet that is the base be 300 μm or less. The decorative layer formed on the surface of the inorganic base does not hinder the flexibility of the inorganic base to the left, since it is formed of an aggregate having independent contours.

(3) According to the present invention, since the resin emulsion, particularly the water-soluble sizing agent, cement, and water that compose the exterior sheet adhesive, are harmless to the human body and inexpensive, the construction cost is reduced. Since it takes at least 1 to 2 hours to complete the hydration reaction of the cement, the adhesive applied to the exterior sheet does not rapidly increase the initial adhesive force during the construction work. The stretching operation for removing the slack wrinkles generated on the exterior sheet during the temporary adhesion of the is not hindered by the adhesive.

However, if the exterior sheet adhesive is kneaded and prepared with a resin emulsion, a water-soluble paste, cement and water, the hydration reaction of the cement will start immediately after that, so if the rest of the exterior sheet adhesive is left overnight It can no longer be used again.
Therefore, the present invention provides an exterior sheet adhesive as a powder mixture composition in a dry state in which an emulsifiable powder resin, a water-soluble powder paste, cement, and a filler are mixed, and water may be added to the composition as needed. Therefore, it is economical to use when bonding the exterior sheet. However, the feature of the exterior sheet adhesive of the present invention is not only the economical aspect, but when the average particle diameter of the filler compounded in the adhesive is 20 to 300 μ, it spreads when applied to the back surface of the exterior sheet. It has a good property (extension of the adhesive) so that it can be applied thickly and uniformly. That is, if the particle size of the filler is 20 μm or less, the adhesive strength and viscosity of the adhesive will be lowered, and it will not be possible to apply it thickly and it will also be liable to hang down when it is attached to the wall surface, which is not suitable. On the other hand, the viscosity becomes high when the particle size is 300 μm or more, so the adhesive is faintly applied, and if a large amount of water is mixed there, the water will float out on the application surface and flow, resulting in a thick and even application. It becomes difficult. Therefore, it is important to make the particle size of the filler 20 to 300 μ, preferably 50 to 100 μ, and more preferably to use micro perfect spherical bodies such as glass beads and microballoons as such a filler. Well, by doing so, the adhesive strength and spreadability of the exterior sheet adhesive are further improved, and a thick and uniform coating can be performed.

(4) In addition, if a powder having a high specific gravity such as barium sulfate, lead or iron is mixed as a filler, the sound insulation effect can be enhanced. Conventionally, barium sulfate or lead,
A resin sheet containing powder with a high specific gravity such as iron was used for adhesion, but such a sheet is heavy and inconvenient to carry.
Although it broke in the middle when trying to adhere it to the wall surface by hanging it down for a long time, in the present invention, so to speak, it would be nice to make a sound insulation sheet containing powder with a high specific gravity at the construction site, so such inconvenience does not occur. Also in this respect, the present invention is extremely practical.

(5) Since the inorganic sheet and cement are the main materials, the skin of the finished wall surface after construction is excellent in water resistance and light resistance and has physical properties as an exterior material. In the construction process, there is no need to carry the exterior sheet adhesive in a container such as a bucket or to apply it to the vertical wall surface, so the surroundings of the construction site are not dirty and no curing is necessary, which causes trouble to the neighbors. Nonetheless, the present invention is therefore very advantageous for building exteriors which have traditionally been done by painting or spraying.

(6) Since the exterior sheet according to the present invention is one in which the aggregate is adhered to the surface of the inorganic sheet with an emulsion resin and the backing paper is not attached to the back surface, the emulsion resin contained in both the exterior sheet and the exterior sheet adhesive And the inorganic component are compatible with each other and firmly adhere to each other. Further, in this exterior sheet, the surface decorative layer is constituted by a series of aggregates each having an independent contour. Therefore, since the base is a thin inorganic sheet with low elasticity, even if a surface crack occurs due to accidental collision or bending that is applied during transportation, the surface crack will occur along the continuous contour of the aggregate. It is inconspicuous and does not cause flaws that make it unusable.

(7) In particular, when cements and fine perfect spheres such as glass beads and microballoons are mixed with an emulsion resin that is a binder between an inorganic sheet and an aggregate, the fine perfect spheres act like an activator. Thus, an outer sheet having improved water resistance and light resistance, but not impairing flexibility can be obtained.
