Claims (1)
- デイスクを装置保持して回転させるデイスク載
置部と、該デイスクの回転中心軸方向並びに半径
方向に移動自在にされ、前記デイスクに穿設する
センターホールの径より小さな直径の第１の砥石
、並びに前記デイスクの外周縁を加工する第２の
砥石とを具備し、前記デイスク載置部に保持され
て回転される前記デイスクの中心から前記第１の
砥石を回転させながら前記センターホールの外周
縁に至るように加工するとともに、前記第２の砥
石で前記デイスクの外周縁を加工することを特徴
とするデイスク加工装置。
