Description
以下、図面を参照して本開示の一実施形態に係る溶射装置10について説明する。
本実施形態に係る溶射装置10によって実行される溶射工程のフローを説明する。図3及び図4は、本実施形態に係る溶射装置10によって実行される溶射工程の一例を示すフロー図である。
明の範囲に含まれる。
Claims (10)
- 材料を基材に溶射する溶射トーチを含む溶射機と、
前記溶射機が配置された溶射ブースと、
前記溶射機とともに使用される1つ以上の周辺機器と、
前記溶射ブースの内部と外部とを遮断する安全扉と、
前記溶射ブースの外部に配置され、前記溶射機と前記1つ以上の周辺機器とを一括して操作可能な制御部を備える集中制御盤と、
を備え、
前記制御部は、溶射工程中の前記溶射ブース内に人が立ち入れないように前記安全扉をロックして、
前記制御部は、前記安全扉がロックされているかを確認し、前記安全扉が正常にロックされていない場合、前記安全扉が正常にロックされるまで前記1つ以上の周辺機器の駆動および前記溶射機の駆動を含む次の工程に進まないように制御する、溶射装置。 - 前記1つ以上の周辺機器は、前記溶射トーチを移動させる移動機、前記材料を供給する原料フィーダ、前記基材を固定して回転させる回転機、溶射ブース内の温度及び湿度を制御する温湿度調整機、前記溶射ブース内の温度及び湿度を検出する温湿度センサ、前記溶射ブース内の酸素濃度を検出する酸素濃度センサ、前記基材上の温度を検出する放射温度センサ、前記基材上を冷却するための冷却ガス供給機、及び前記溶射ブース内で発生した粉塵を収集する集塵機を含む群の中から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項1に記載の溶射装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記温湿度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記温湿度調整機を制御する、請求項2に記載の溶射装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記放射温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記冷却ガス供給機を制御する、請求項2又は3に記載の溶射装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記安全扉のロックを制御する、請求項1に記載の溶射装置。
- 材料を基材に溶射する溶射トーチを含む溶射機、前記溶射機が配置された溶射ブース、
前記溶射機とともに使用される1つ以上の周辺機器、前記溶射ブースの内部と外部とを遮断する安全扉、及び前記溶射ブースの外部に配置された集中制御盤を含む溶射装置によって実行される溶射方法であって、
前記集中制御盤の制御部によって、前記溶射機と前記1つ以上の周辺機器とを一括して制御すること、
を含み、
前記溶射機と前記1つ以上の周辺機器とを一括して制御することは、
溶射工程中の前記溶射ブース内に人が立ち入れないように前記安全扉をロックし、
前記安全扉がロックされているかを確認し、前記安全扉が正常にロックされていない場合、前記安全扉が正常にロックされるまで前記1つ以上の周辺機器の駆動および前記溶射機の駆動を含む次の工程に進まないように制御すること、
を含む、溶射制御方法。 - 前記1つ以上の周辺機器は、前記溶射トーチを移動させる移動機、前記材料を供給する原料フィーダ、前記基材を固定して回転させる回転機、溶射ブース内の温度及び湿度を制御する温湿度調整機、前記溶射ブース内の温度及び湿度を検出する温湿度センサ、前記溶射ブース内の酸素濃度を検出する酸素濃度センサ、前記基材上の温度を検出する放射温度センサ、前記基材上を冷却するための冷却ガスを供給する冷却ガス供給機、及び前記溶射ブース内で発生した粉塵を収集する集塵機を含む群の中から選択される少なくとも1つを含む、請求項6に記載の溶射制御方法。
- 前記集中制御盤が、溶射作業を開始する指示を受けると、
前記制御部が、前記安全扉が正常にロックされているか否かを確認し、
前記安全扉が正常にロックされていれば、前記制御部が、前記温湿度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記温湿度調整機を制御して前記溶射ブース内を所定の温度及び所定の湿度に維持し、
さらに、前記放射温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記基材の表面温度が所定の温度以下になっているか否かを判定し、
前記判定の結果、前記基材の表面温度が所定の温度以下である場合、前記制御部が、前記溶射機を駆動させて、前記基材表面に前記材料を含む皮膜を形成すること、
を含む、請求項7に記載の溶射制御方法。 - 前記皮膜の形成後、前記制御部が、前記放射温度センサの検出結果に基づいて、前記基材上に形成された前記皮膜の表面温度が所定の温度以下になるまで前記冷却ガス供給機を制御して前記皮膜に冷却ガスを供給すること、をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の溶射制御方法。
- 前記集中制御盤が、溶射作業を開始する指示を受けると、
前記制御部は、前記安全扉をロックすることを含む、請求項8に記載の溶射制御方法。
