前記多孔質モノリス基板が、少なくとも部分的に、積層造形により製造される、多孔質アセンブリ。 - 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、スクリーン又は3D印刷格子基板の形態をとる、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、均質多孔性又は傾斜多孔性を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、0.1ミクロン~1mm超の範囲の細孔径、及び5~95%の範囲の空孔率を有する、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、0.1インチ~積層造形機の最大サイズの範囲の寸法を有し、かつ前記多孔質モノリス基板が、任意の形状である、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、6-4チタン(グレード5)又はCPチタン(グレード1)から製造される、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、複数のリングを備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、複数の多角形構造を備える、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、第1のレベルと、第2のレベルと、第3のレベルと、第4のレベルと、第5のレベルとを備え、各レベルが、内部を通る複数の孔又は通路を含む、請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 複数の層を提供することを含む多孔質アセンブリを製造するための方法であって、
前記複数の層を提供することは、
第1の端部から第2の端部まで延在する多孔質モノリス基板である支持構造を提供することと、
前記多孔質モノリス基板上に感受性又は活性層を位置付けることと、を含み、
前記感受性又は活性層が、電気化学的活性を有し、
前記多孔質モノリス基板が、少なくとも部分的に、積層造形により製造される、方法。 - 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、少なくとも部分的に、3D印刷プロセスにより製造される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、少なくとも部分的に、電子ビーム積層造形プロセス又はレーザー積層造形プロセスにより製造される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、スクリーン又は3D印刷格子基板の形態をとる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記多孔質モノリス基板が、均質多孔性又は傾斜多孔性を含む、請求項10に記載の方法。
