Claims (8)
- 液体を吐出する吐出口と、
移動可能に設けられ、前記吐出口を開閉する開閉弁と、を備えた液体吐出ヘッドであって、
前記開閉弁は芯材を有し、
前記芯材の前記吐出口側の端部に芯材端部が設けられ、
前記芯材端部は、その内側に、前記吐出口側へ開口した凹部を有し、
前記芯材端部の外側の側面および前記凹部に跨って弾性部材が設けられ、
前記芯材端部は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記吐出口側の端面である底面を有し、
前記底面は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記吐出口側から見て、前記凹部を囲うように設けられ、
前記芯材端部の前記底面と前記外側の側面とを接続する隅部を外側隅部とすると、
前記弾性部材は、前記外側の側面と前記外側隅部と前記底面とを覆うように設けられ、
前記弾性部材は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記底面に対向する位置に平坦部を有し、
前記弾性部材は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記吐出口側から見て前記外側隅部に重なる位置に、前記平坦部および前記外側の側面に対して傾斜する傾斜部を有することを特徴とする液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記芯材端部は前記凹部を形成する内側の側面を有し、
前記底面と前記内側の側面とを接続する部分を内側隅部とすると、
前記弾性部材は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記吐出口側から見て前記内側隅部に重なる位置に、前記底面および前記内側の側面に対して傾斜する傾斜部を有する請求項1記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記芯材端部は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記吐出口側に筒状の凸部を有し、
前記底面は前記凸部の端面で、前記外側の側面は前記凸部の外周面で、前記内側の側面は前記凸部の内周面であり、
前記弾性部材の平坦部の径方向の幅をW1、前記底面の径方向の幅をW2とすると、W1<W2に設定される請求項2記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記芯材端部の外側の側面に溝部が形成され、当該溝部に前記弾性部材が設けられる請求項1から3いずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記弾性部材が接着剤により前記芯材端部に接着される請求項1から4いずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 前記芯材端部は、前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記吐出口側に筒状の凸部を有し、
前記底面は前記凸部の端面で、前記外側の側面は前記凸部の外周面で、前記内側の側面は前記凸部の内周面であり、
前記弾性部材の前記開閉弁の移動方向の厚みであって、その前記吐出口に対向する部分の厚みを厚みT1とし、前記弾性部材の前記開閉弁の移動方向の厚みであって、前記凸部の前記開閉弁の移動方向の前記底面に対応する部分の厚みを厚みT2とすると、
1.6≦T1/T2≦6に設定される請求項1から5いずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。 - 前記弾性部材は前記芯材端部の外側の側面全周にわたって設けられる請求項1から6いずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッド。
- 請求項1から7いずれか1項に記載の液体吐出ヘッドを備えた液体吐出装置。
