Claims (11)
- 複数のバッテリセルと共にバッテリモジュールのハウジング内部に位置し、前記複数のバッテリセルの変形による前記ハウジング内部の圧力変化を相殺させるために体積が変わる油圧装置、
流体を貯蔵し、配管を介して前記油圧装置と連結され、前記油圧装置の体積変化に応じて前記配管に流体を吐出するか前記配管から流入した流体を貯蔵するアキュムレータ、
前記アキュムレータを加熱するヒータ、
外気温度を検出する温度センサ、そして
前記外気温度に応じて前記ヒータを制御する制御器を含む、圧力保持装置。 - 前記油圧装置は、前記複数のバッテリセルが膨張すると収縮して前記配管に流体を吐出し、前記複数のバッテリセルが収縮すると前記配管から流体が流入して膨張する、請求項1に記載の圧力保持装置。
- 前記油圧装置は、油圧シリンダまたは油圧バッグである、請求項2に記載の圧力保持装置。
- 複数のバッテリセルと共にバッテリモジュールのハウジング内部に位置し、前記複数のバッテリセルの変形による前記ハウジング内部の圧力変化を相殺させるために体積が変わる油圧装置、
流体を貯蔵し、配管を介して前記油圧装置と連結され、前記油圧装置の体積変化に応じて前記配管に流体を吐出するか前記配管から流入した流体を貯蔵するアキュムレータ、
前記アキュムレータを加熱するヒータ、
外気温度に応じて前記ヒータを制御する制御器、そして
前記配管に連結され、開放時に前記配管に流体を補充する保持弁を含む、圧力保持装置。 - 複数のバッテリセルと共にバッテリモジュールのハウジング内部に位置し、前記複数のバッテリセルの変形による前記ハウジング内部の圧力変化を相殺させるために体積が変わる油圧装置、
流体を貯蔵し、配管を介して前記油圧装置と連結され、前記油圧装置の体積変化に応じて前記配管に流体を吐出するか前記配管から流入した流体を貯蔵するアキュムレータ、
前記アキュムレータを加熱するヒータ、
外気温度に応じて前記ヒータを制御する制御器、そして
前記配管に連結され、前記配管内の圧力が所定値を超えると開放されて前記配管から流体を吐出させる減圧弁を含む、圧力保持装置。 - 複数のバッテリセルと共にバッテリモジュールのハウジング内部に位置し、前記複数のバッテリセルの変形による前記ハウジング内部の圧力変化を相殺させるために体積が変わる油圧装置、
流体を貯蔵し、配管を介して前記油圧装置と連結され、前記油圧装置の体積変化に応じて前記配管に流体を吐出するか前記配管から流入した流体を貯蔵するアキュムレータ、
前記アキュムレータを加熱するヒータ、
外気温度に応じて前記ヒータを制御する制御器、
補充配管、
前記配管と前記補充配管の間に連結され、開放時に前記補充配管の流体を前記配管に供給するソレノイド弁、そして
流体を貯蔵し、前記ソレノイド弁の開放により前記補充配管の内部圧力が低くなると前記補充配管に流体を吐出する補助アキュムレータを含み、
前記ソレノイド弁は、前記配管の内部圧力が前記補充配管の内部圧力より所定値以上低くなると開放される、圧力保持装置。 - 前記補充配管に連結され、開放時に前記補充配管に流体を補充する保持弁をさらに含む、請求項6に記載の圧力保持装置。
- 前記配管に結合されて前記配管の内部圧力を検出する第1圧力センサ、そして
前記補充配管に結合されて前記補充配管の内部圧力を検出する第2圧力センサをさらに含み、
前記制御器は前記第1圧力センサにより検出された第1圧力が前記第2圧力センサにより検出された第2圧力より低いと、前記ソレノイド弁を開放させる、請求項6に記載の圧力保持装置。 - 前記アキュムレータに結合されて前記アキュムレータの内部圧力を検出する第1圧力センサ、そして
前記補助アキュムレータに結合されて前記補助アキュムレータの内部圧力を検出する第2圧力センサをさらに含み、
前記制御器は前記第1圧力センサにより検出された第1圧力が前記第2圧力センサにより検出された第2圧力より低いと、前記ソレノイド弁を開放させる、請求項6に記載の圧力保持装置。 - 複数のバッテリセルと共にバッテリモジュールのハウジング内部に位置し、前記複数のバッテリセルの変形による前記ハウジング内部の圧力変化を相殺させるために体積が変わる油圧装置、
流体を貯蔵し、配管を介して前記油圧装置と連結され、前記油圧装置の体積変化に応じて前記配管に流体を吐出するか前記配管から流入した流体を貯蔵するアキュムレータ、
前記アキュムレータを加熱するヒータ、
外気温度に応じて前記ヒータを制御する制御器、
前記配管に結合し、前記配管に流体を追加で供給するポンプ、そして
前記ポンプを駆動するモータを含み、
前記制御器は前記配管の内部圧力が所定値以下に低くなると、前記モータを制御して前記ポンプを駆動させる、圧力保持装置。 - 請求項1ないし10のいずれか一項に記載の圧力保持装置、そして
前記バッテリモジュールを含み、
前記バッテリモジュールは、
互いに積層される前記複数のバッテリセル、そして
内部に前記複数のバッテリセルおよび前記油圧装置が位置する気密空間が形成された前記ハウジングを含む、バッテリシステム。
