Description
i)エアロゾル発生基体を含有するエアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された加熱チャンバを提供する工程と、
ii)発熱体として作用する電気抵抗性被覆を用いて加熱チャンバを被覆する工程と、を含む。
Claims (5)
- 吸入可能なエアロゾルを発生するためのエアロゾル発生装置であって、エアロゾル発生基体を含有するエアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された加熱チャンバを備え、前記加熱チャンバが発熱体を備え、かつ前記発熱体が電気抵抗性被覆であり、
前記加熱チャンバ内の異なる位置にて異なる加熱温度が提供されるように、前記電気抵抗性被覆の厚さが、異なる位置にて変化しているように構成されており、
前記電気抵抗性被覆が電気抵抗性粒子および結合剤を含み、
基材が前記電気抵抗性被覆と前記加熱チャンバの側壁との間に配設されており、
前記基材が断熱性である、
エアロゾル発生装置。 - 前記装置が、コントローラと、電源と、接点とをさらに備え、前記接点が、前記電気抵抗性被覆に電気的に接触し、かつ前記コントローラが、前記接点を介する前記電源から前記電気抵抗性被覆への電力の供給を制御するように構成されている、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記電気抵抗性被覆が前記加熱チャンバの複数の別個のセクションに施されていて、かつ前記電気抵抗性被覆の各セクションが別個に制御可能かつ動作可能であるように構成されている、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 前記加熱チャンバの基部が半球体の形状を有する、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生装置。
- 吸入可能なエアロゾルを発生するためのエアロゾル発生装置を製造する方法であって、
i)エアロゾル発生基体を含有するエアロゾル発生物品を受容するように構成された加熱チャンバを提供する工程と、
ii)発熱体として作用する電気抵抗性被覆を用いて前記加熱チャンバを被覆する工程であって、前記加熱チャンバ内の異なる位置にて異なる加熱温度が提供されるように、前記電気抵抗性被覆の厚さが、異なる位置にて変化しているように構成されており、前記電気抵抗性被覆が電気抵抗性粒子および結合剤を含む、前記被覆する工程と、
を含み、
基材が前記電気抵抗性被覆と前記加熱チャンバの側壁との間に配設されており、
前記基材が断熱性である、
