Claims (11)
- グレイジングパネル(101、201、301、401)と、フレームプロファイルを有し、少なくとも1つの周辺部上で前記グレイジングパネルの縁部を取り囲み、プラスチック一次部分(103、203、303、403)を含むフレーム(102、202、302、402)とを含む、窓ユニット(100、200、300、400)において、
前記一次部分が、前記一次部分の全高分子材料のうちのリサイクル材料の重量として、少なくとも10%を含むこと、前記一次部分が硬質成分の形態であり、前記硬質成分がポリプロピレン系材料であること、前記フレームが、二次部分(104)を含み、前記二次部分(104)が、軟質成分の形態であり、前記一次部分の上に少なくとも部分的に置かれ、前記軟質成分が、熱可塑性エラストマー系材料であること、及び前記グレイジングパネルがガラスパネルであることを特徴とする、窓ユニット。 - 前記二次部分の高分子材料は、前記一次部分のリサイクル材料のパーセンテージより低いパーセンテージのリサイクル材料を有する、請求項1に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記硬質成分がガラスファイバを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記二次部分は、1つの主面上で前記グレイジングパネルと接触している、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記一次部分が、前記グレイジングパネルと直接接触している、請求項1~4のいずれか一項に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記グレイジングパネルが積層ガラスパネルである、請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記一次部分(403)が、コア部分(403b)と、周辺部分(403c)とを含み、 前記周辺部分が、前記コア部分の上に少なくとも部分的に置かれる、請求項1~6のいずれか一項に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記一次部分の前記コア部分の組成が、前記周辺部分の組成より高いリサイクル材料率を含む、請求項7に記載の窓ユニット。
- 前記フレームが装飾要素(105)を含み、前記装飾要素(105)が、前記フレームの前記一次部分に取り付けられる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載の窓ユニット。
- 請求項1~9のいずれか一項に記載の窓ユニットを製作する方法であって、
(1)前記ガラスパネルを型に挿入するステップと、
(2)前記型を閉じて、前記ガラスパネルのまわりに少なくとも1つの空洞を作るステップと、
(3)前記一次部分を前記少なくとも1つの空洞に注入するステップと、
(4)前記型を開けるステップと、
(5)前記窓ユニットを前記型から取り外すステップと
を含む、方法。 - 請求項7又は8に記載の窓ユニットを製作する方法であって、
(1)前記ガラスパネル及び前記コア部分を型に挿入するステップと、
(2)前記型を閉じて、前記ガラスパネルのまわり及び/又は前記コア部分のまわりに少なくとも1つの空洞を作るステップと、
(3)前記一次部分の前記周辺部分を前記少なくとも1つの空洞に注入するステップと、
(4)前記型を開けるステップと、
(5)前記窓ユニットを前記型から取り外すステップと
を含む、方法。
