Description
トランスデューサアレイ112のトランスデューサ要素は、線形アレイ、平面アレイ、湾曲アレイ、曲線アレイ、円周アレイ、環状アレイ、フェーズドアレイ、マトリクスアレイ、一次元(1D)アレイ、1.x次元アレイ(例えば、1.5Dアレイ)、又は二次元(2D)アレイなどの任意の好適な構成で配置される。トランスデューサ要素のアレイ(例えば1つ又は複数の列、1つ又は複数の行、及び/又は1つ又は複数の配向で配置された)は、均一に、又は独立して制御され、作動させることができる。トランスデューサアレイ112は、患者の解剖学的構造の一次元、二次元及び/又は三次元画像を取得するように構成され得る。超音波トランスデューサ要素は、圧電/圧電抵抗要素、圧電微細機械加工超音波トランスデューサ(PMUT)要素、静電容量微細機械加工超音波トランスデューサ(CMUT)要素、及び/又は任意の他の好適なタイプの超音波トランスデューサ要素である。

Claims (15)
- 第1の近位部分と、第1の遠位部分とを有し、前記第1の近位部分は、第1の正弦曲線形状を有する第1の本体と、
第2の近位部分と、第2の遠位部分とを有し、前記第2の近位部分は、前記第1の正弦曲線形状に向い合せで対応する第2の正弦曲線形状を有する第2の本体であって、前記第1の本体及び前記第2の本体は、前記第1の正弦曲線形状が前記第2の正弦曲線形状と係合して正弦曲線インターフェースを形成するように結合され、前記第1の近位部分及び前記第2の近位部分は、ユーザによって把持されるハンドルを形成し、前記第1の遠位部分及び前記第2の遠位部分はヘッド部分を形成し、前記正弦曲線インターフェースは、少なくとも3周期の構造の形態を有する、第2の本体とを備える、
ハウジングと、
超音波データを取得し、前記ハウジングの前記ヘッド部分に配設される超音波トランスデューサ組立体とを備える、超音波プローブ。 - 前記第1の本体及び前記第2の本体は、ポリマー材料を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の本体は第1の外壁部分をさらに備え、前記第2の本体は第2の外壁部分を備え、前記第1の外壁部分及び前記第2の外壁部分は、前記第1の正弦曲線形状及び前記第2の正弦曲線形状の横に並んでそれぞれ延在し、前記第1の外壁部分及び前記第2の外壁部分は、前記第1の本体が前記第2の本体に結合されるとき、係合して直線インターフェースを形成する、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の外壁部分及び前記第2の外壁部分は、前記第1の正弦曲線形状が前記第2の正弦曲線形状に係合するとき、前記第1の外壁部分が前記第2の外壁部分に接触するように、前記第1の正弦曲線形状及び前記第2の正弦曲線形状に関連して成形されて設けられる、請求項3に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の本体は、前記正弦曲線インターフェースに配設された突起部を備え、前記第2の本体は、前記正弦曲線インターフェースに配設された溝を備え、前記突起部及び前記溝は、前記第1の正弦曲線形状が前記第2の正弦曲線形状に係合するときにロックする、請求項3に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記突起部は、前記第1の外壁部分の内面に位置決めされ、前記溝は、前記第1の正弦曲線形状上に位置決めされる、請求項5に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の本体は、前記正弦曲線インターフェースに配設された複数の溝を備え、前記第2の本体は、前記第1の本体が前記第2の本体に結合されて、工具のいらない組み立てプロセスによって前記ハウジングを形成するように、前記正弦曲線インターフェースに配設された複数の溝を備える、請求項3に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記正弦曲線インターフェースにおいて前記第1の本体と前記第2の本体との間に塗布される接着剤をさらに有する、請求項7に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の正弦曲線形状は、複数の突起部及び複数の凹部を備え、前記第1の外壁部分は、リムを備え、前記複数の突起部は、前記リムの上に位置決めされ、前記複数の凹部は、前記リムの下に少なくとも部分的に位置決めされる、請求項3に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記ハウジングに結合されたケーブルをさらに備え、前記ケーブルは、前記超音波トランスデューサ組立体に電気的に結合された複数の導体を備え、前記ハウジングは、前記ハウジングの遠位端における第1の開口と、前記ハウジングの近位端における第2の開口とを備え、前記超音波トランスデューサ組立体は、前記第1の開口内に位置決めされ、前記ケーブルは、前記第2の開口内に位置決めされる、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記正弦曲線インターフェースは、前記第1の開口と前記第2の開口との間に延在する、請求項10に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記正弦曲線インターフェースは、前記ハンドルに沿って延びる近位区域と、前記ヘッド部分に沿って延びる遠位区域とを有し、前記近位区域及び前記遠位区域は、異なる正弦曲線幾何学形状を有する、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の正弦曲線形状は、前記第1の本体の前記第1の近位部分及び前記第1の遠位部分に沿って連続して延在し、前記第2の正弦曲線形状は、前記第2の本体の前記第2の近位部分及び前記第2の遠位部分に沿って連続して延在する、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記第1の正弦曲線形状は、前記第2の正弦曲線形状から1/2の周期だけずれている、請求項1に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 請求項1から14のいずれか一項に記載の超音波プローブと、
前記超音波プローブと通信するプロセッサ回路であって、前記超音波データに基づいて超音波画像を生成し、当該プロセッサ回路と通信するディスプレイに前記超音波画像を出力する、プロセッサ回路とを備える、超音波撮像システム。
