- 母体材料としての第1物質と、
前記第1物質によって囲まれたシード材料としての第2物質と
を含み、
前記第1物質に含まれる結晶粒は前記第2物質の結晶方向に基づき同一の結晶方向を有し、
式1で表される圧電材料組成物:

- 前記第1物質が、(001)単一方向に結晶配向した複数の結晶粒を含み、前記複数の結晶粒の内部には、前記第2物質が配置され、
前記複数の結晶粒は、前記第2物質から反応して成長した、
請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。 - 前記第2物質は、前記複数の結晶粒のそれぞれの中心部に配置された、請求項4に記載の圧電材料組成物。
- 前記圧電材料組成物のロットゲーリングファクタが、94%以上である、請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。
- 前記圧電材料組成物が、正方晶系(T)、直方晶系(O)、または菱面体(R)のうち、常温で少なくとも2つの相が共存する、請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。
- 前記圧電材料組成物が、ナノドメインを含む、請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。
- 前記圧電材料組成物が、局所的な分極領域であるポーラーナノ領域を含む、請求項1に記載の圧電材料組成物。
- 母体材料およびシード材料を混合してスラリーを準備する工程と、
前記スラリーを成形して成形体を準備する工程と、
前記成形体を焼結して焼結体を準備する工程と
を含み、
前記母体材料に含まれる結晶粒は前記シード材料の結晶方向に基づき同一の結晶方向を有し、
前記母体材料および前記シード材料が、それぞれ式1および式2で表される、圧電材料組成物の製造方法:

0.96(NaaK1-a)(Nbb(T1-b))O3-(0.04-x)MZrO3-x(BicAg1-c)ZrO3(式中、TはSb、MはCa、0.4≦a≦0.6、0.90≦b≦0.98、0.4≦c≦0.6、0≦x≦0.04である)。

dmol%NaNbO3(式中、1.0≦d≦5.0である)。 - 前記シード材料が、NaNbO3単一結晶である、請求項10に記載の圧電材料組成物の製造方法。
- 前記圧電材料組成物が、3mol%の前記シード材料を含む、請求項10に記載の圧電材料組成物の製造方法。
- 前記成形体を焼結する工程で、前記成形体は、1070℃~1110℃で3時間~6時間維持される、請求項10に記載の圧電材料組成物の製造方法。
- 前記母体材料が、
前記母体材料を製造するために原材料を混合および合成する工程と、
前記合成した母体材料を粉砕する工程と
により準備される、請求項10に記載の圧電材料組成物の製造方法。 - 前記シード材料が、
炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)、酸化ニオブ(Nb2O5)、酸化ビスマス(Bi2O3)および塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)を含む一次シード材料を一次秤量する工程と、
前記一次シード材料を溶媒と混合して一次シードを準備する工程と、
炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)および塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)を二次秤量する工程と、
二次秤量された前記炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)および前記塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)を混合して二次シードを準備する工程と
によって準備され、
前記二次シードを準備する工程が、前記一次シードおよび炭酸ナトリウム(Na 2 CO 3 )および塩化ナトリウム(NaCl)を秤量した混合物をトポケミカル反応させる工程を含み、
前記一次シードは、Bi2O2[(Bi0.5Na3.5)Nb5O16]であり、前記二次シードは、NaNbO3である、
請求項10に記載の圧電材料組成物の製造方法。 - 前記母体材料は、酸化鉄(Fe2O3)を含み、前記圧電材料組成物は、5mol%のNaNbO3シードを含む、請求項10に記載の圧電材料組成物の製造方法。
- 圧電材料層を含み、
前記圧電材料層が、母体材料としての第1材料および前記第1材料によって囲まれたシード材料としての第2材料を有する圧電材料組成物を含む複数の結晶を含み、
前記第1材料に含まれる複数の結晶は前記第2材料の結晶方向に基づき同一の結晶方向を有し、
前記圧電材料組成物は、式1で表され、

前記第1面に対向する前記圧電素子層の第2面に配置された第2電極部と

前記第1物質に含まれる結晶粒は前記第2物質の結晶方向に基づき同一の結晶方向を有し、
