Description
Claims (6)
- 複数の作業ユニットを有する繊維機械において、1つの作業ユニットにおける複数の異なるサービス活動を実施するサービスアセンブリを制御するための方法であって、
前記サービスアセンブリによって実施されるべきサービス活動(S1,S2,S3)及び移動命令(B1)を、制御装置によって優先順位付けする、
方法において、
他のサービスアセンブリとの衝突を回避する回避運転(B1)及び停止命令を、最高優先度で実施するように前記制御装置によって優先順位付けし、
手動でセットされたサービス活動(MS1,MS2)及び移動命令を、高優先度で実施するように前記制御装置によって優先順位付けし、
空管を装填するための手動でのサービス命令(MS1)、及び/又は、空管に糸を巻き付けるための手動でのサービス命令(MS2)を、高優先度で実施するように前記制御装置によって優先順位付けする、
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 粉塵除去運転を実施するためのサービス命令(S3)を、中優先度で実施するように前記制御装置によって優先順位付けする、
請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記作業ユニットによって自動的に生成されたサービス命令(S1,S2)を、通常優先度で実施するように前記制御装置によって優先順位付けする、
請求項1又は2に記載の方法。 - 繊維機械の作業ユニットにおける移動命令及びサービス命令を実施するための制御装置を有するサービスアセンブリであって、
前記制御装置は、前記サービスアセンブリによって実施されるべきサービス活動(S1,S2,S3)及び移動命令(B1)を、
他のサービスアセンブリとの衝突を回避する回避運転(B1)及び停止命令が最高優先度で実施されるように、かつ、
手動でセットされたサービス活動(MS1,MS2)及び移動命令が高優先度で実施されるように、
優先順位付けし、
前記制御装置は、空管を装填するための手動でのサービス命令(MS1)、及び/又は、空管に糸を巻き付けるための手動でのサービス命令(MS2)を、高優先度で実施されるように優先順位付けする、
ことを特徴とするサービスアセンブリ。 - 前記制御装置は、粉塵除去運転を実施するためのサービス命令(S3)を、中優先度で実施されるように優先順位付けする、
請求項4に記載のサービスアセンブリ。 - 前記制御装置は、前記作業ユニットによって自動的に生成されたサービス命令(S1,S2)を、通常優先度で実施されるように優先順位付けする、
請求項4又は5に記載のサービスアセンブリ。
