Description
Claims (7)
- 正極集電体及び前記正極集電体の二つの表面に設置された正極活物質層を含む正極シートと、負極集電体及び前記負極集電体の二つの表面に設置された負極活物質層を含む負極シートとを備え、
前記正極シート及び前記負極シートは、巻回された後に折り曲げ領域を形成し、前記正極シートは前記折り曲げ領域に位置する第1の正極折り曲げ層を備え、前記負極シートは前記折り曲げ領域に位置する第1の負極折り曲げ層を備え、前記第1の正極折り曲げ層は前記第1の負極折り曲げ層の外側に位置し、かつ前記第1の負極折り曲げ層に隣接して設置されており、
前記第1の負極折り曲げ層は、前記負極集電体を貫通する開口を有し、前記開口は、前記第1の正極折り曲げ層の前記正極活物質層から脱離された一部のイオンが前記開口を通過しかつ前記第1の負極折り曲げ層の前記負極集電体の内側に設置された前記負極活物質層に挿入されるように設置されており、
前記開口は、前記負極集電体及び前記負極集電体の内側の前記負極活物質層を貫通し、
又は、
前記開口は、前記負極集電体及び前記負極集電体の外側の前記負極活物質層を貫通し、
又は、
前記開口は、前記負極集電体、前記負極集電体の外側の前記負極活物質層及び前記負極集電体の内側の前記負極活物質層を貫通し、
前記負極シートは、前記折り曲げ領域に位置する複数の負極折り曲げ層を備え、前記折
り曲げ領域における最内側の一つの前記負極折り曲げ層のみは、前記第1の負極折り曲げ層である、電極組立体。 - 前記開口は、一つであり、又は、
前記開口は、非連続的な複数であり、複数の前記開口は前記折り曲げ領域の折り曲げ方向に沿って間隔を置いて分布されている請求項1に記載の電極組立体。 - 前記折り曲げ方向に垂直な方向において、前記第1の負極折り曲げ層の寸法に対する前記開口の寸法の比が0.05~1.00である、請求項2に記載の電極組立体。
- 前記電極組立体は、平坦領域を有し、前記折り曲げ領域は、二つであり、かつそれぞれ前記平坦領域の両端に接続されており、二つの前記折り曲げ領域は、いずれも前記第1の負極折り曲げ層を備える、請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体。
- ケースと、カバープレートと、少なくとも一つの請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の電極組立体とを含み、
前記ケースは、収容キャビティ及び開口を有し、前記電極組立体は、前記収容キャビティ内に収容されており、
前記カバープレートは、前記ケースの開口を閉鎖する、電池セル。 - 筐体と少なくとも一つの請求項5に記載の電池セルとを含み、且つ、前記電池セルが前記筐体内に収容されている、電池。
- 電気エネルギーを供給するための請求項6に記載の電池を備える電力消費装置。
