Claims (15)
- ベッセルから流体をサンプリングするためのサンプリングシステムであって、前記サンプリングシステムは、
前記ベッセルに動作可能に接続された滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリであって、前記滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリは、前記ベッセルに動作可能に接続された弁と、膜と、針と、を備える、滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリと、
前記滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリに動作可能に接続された取り外し可能な滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリであって、前記取り外し可能な滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリは、サンプリング容器と、前記サンプリング容器に取り付けられた膜と、前記サンプリング容器を密閉するサンプリング容器ハウジングと、を備える、取り外し可能な滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリと、を備え、
前記サンプリング容器ハウジングは、収縮構成及び拡張構成を有する圧縮可能部分を備え、前記圧縮可能部分が収縮構成にあるとき、前記圧縮可能部分は、前記滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリの前記サンプリング容器を前記滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリの前記膜を通して前記針の近傍に押し込み、閉鎖無菌システムを維持しながら、前記針が前記流体を前記サンプリング容器内に分注することを可能にする、サンプリングシステム。 - ベッセルから流体をサンプリングするためのサンプリングシステムであって、前記サンプリングシステムは、
前記ベッセルに動作可能に接続された滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリを備え、前記滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリは、弁と、膜と、針と、を備え、前記弁は、弁本体と、前記弁本体内に少なくとも部分的に配置された弁棒と、を備え、前記弁棒は、中央内腔を画定する側壁と、前記側壁の少なくとも1つの開口部と、を備え、前記弁は、前記少なくとも1つの開口部が前記弁本体内に配置されているときに前記内腔を通る流体の流れを防止し、前記少なくとも1つの開口部が前記弁本体から露出しているときに前記内腔を通る流体の流れを可能にするように適合され、前記弁には、本質的にばねがなく、前記針は、前記ベッセルから流体を分注するために前記弁に動作可能に接続されている、サンプリングシステム。 - ベッセルから流体をサンプリングするためのサンプリングシステムであって、前記サンプリングシステムは、
サンプリング容器と、前記サンプリング容器に取り付けられた膜と、前記サンプリング容器を密閉するサンプリング容器ハウジングと、を備える、取り外し可能な滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリを備え、
前記サンプリング容器ハウジングは、収縮構成及び拡張構成を有する圧縮可能部分を備え、
前記圧縮可能部分が収縮構成にあるとき、前記圧縮可能部分は、前記サンプリング容器を前記膜を通して針の近傍に押し込み、閉鎖無菌システムを維持しながら、前記針が前記流体を前記サンプリング容器内に分注することを可能にする、サンプリングシステム。 - 前記流体は、細胞を含む生物学的媒体を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記ベッセルは、細胞培養容器を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリの前記膜は、通気性弁膜を含む、請求項1および3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリの前記膜は、通気性弁膜を含む、請求項1又は2に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記サンプリングシステムは、前記ベッセルに動作可能に接続された複数の滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリを備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記サンプリングシステムは、オートクレーブ滅菌、エチレンオキシド滅菌、又はガンマ滅菌を受けることができる、請求項1~8のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記膜又はサンプリング容器ハウジングのうちの少なくとも1つを覆う使い捨てキャップを更に備える、請求項1および3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記サンプリング容器ハウジングは、前記圧縮可能部分の上方に配置された上部と、前記圧縮可能部分の下方に配置された底部とを備える、請求項1および3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記上部又は前記底部のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記圧縮可能部分から取り外し可能である、請求項11に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記滅菌ディスペンサアセンブリの前記膜又は弁のうちの少なくとも1つを覆う使い捨てキャップを更に備える、請求項1および2のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記針は、針スリーブを備える、請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のサンプリングシステム。
- 前記滅菌サンプリング容器アセンブリは、前記膜又はサンプリング容器ハウジングに動作可能に接続された針を更に備える、請求項3に記載のサンプリングシステム。
