Description
ケーシングと、
ケーシング内に配置された磁性体であって、外部磁気トルクが磁性体に作用している場合に、平衡定位から外れて回転可能である磁性体と、
外部磁気トルクにより励起された磁性体の共振周波数での回転振動を可能にするために、外部磁気トルクにより磁性体が平衡定位から外れるように回転された場合に、磁性体を平衡定位に強制的に戻すための復元トルクを与えるように適合される復元トルクユニットと、
a)温度及び/又はb)他の物理量又は化学量に応じて共振周波数を修正するように適合された測定要素であって、測定要素が他の物理的又は化学量に応じて共振周波数を修正するように適合される場合に、測定装置は、補償要素を含み、この補償要素は、温度変化に応じて、共振周波数を第2の周波数方向とは反対である第1の周波数方向に修正するように適合され、第2の周波数方向は、補償要素が測定装置の一部ではなかった場合に、温度変化に応じて、測定装置が共振周波数を修正しようとする方向である、測定要素と、を含む。
a)測定装置の磁性体をその平衡定位から外れるように回転させ、それにより磁性体の回転振動を励起するための磁気トルクを与える磁場を生成し、それによってその磁性体が共振周波数で振動し、及びb)磁性体の回転振動によって引き起こされる誘導信号を生成するように適合された励起及び誘導信号ユニットと、
生成された誘導信号に基づいて、温度若しくは他の物理量又は化学量を決定するように構成された決定ユニットと、を含む。
測定装置の磁性体をその平衡定位から外れるように回転させ、それにより磁性体の回転振動を励起するための磁気トルクを与え、それによってその磁性体が共振周波数で振動し、且つ磁性体の回転振動により引き起こされる誘導信号を生成する磁場を生成するステップと、
生成された誘導信号に基づいて、温度若しくは他の物理量又は化学量を決定するステップと、を含む。
Claims (14)
- 測定装置であって、当該測定装置は、
ケーシングと、
該ケーシング内に配置された磁性体であって、外部磁気トルクが前記磁性体に作用している場合に、平衡定位から外れて回転可能である磁性体と、
外部磁気トルクにより励起された前記磁性体の共振周波数での回転振動を可能にするために、前記外部磁気トルクにより前記磁性体が前記平衡定位から外れるように回転された場合に、前記磁性体を前記平衡定位に強制的に戻すための復元トルクを与えるように適合される復元トルクユニットと、
a)温度及び/又はb)圧力又は有機溶媒の存在である他の物理量又は化学量に応じて前記共振周波数を修正するように適合された測定要素であって、該測定要素が前記他の物理量又は化学量に応じて前記共振周波数を修正するように適合される場合に、当該測定装置は、補償要素を含み、該補償要素は、温度変化に応じて、前記共振周波数を第2の周波数方向とは反対である第1の周波数方向に修正するように適合され、前記第2の周波数方向は、前記補償要素が当該測定装置の一部ではなかった場合に、温度変化に応じて、当該測定装置が前記共振周波数を修正しようとする方向である、測定要素と、を含み、
前記復元トルクユニットは、前記磁性体の位置に磁場を生成するための更なる磁性体を含み、その磁性体は、前記復元トルクを提供する、
測定装置。 - 前記測定要素は、前記磁性体の前記位置で生成された前記磁場の強度及び/又は前記磁性体の双極子モーメントが、a)温度及び/又はb)他の物理量又は化学量とともに変化するように適合される、請求項1に記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定要素は、前記更なる磁性体によって生成された前記磁場に影響を与える磁性材料を含み、前記磁性材料の前記影響は、前記温度が変化する場合に、前記磁性体の前記位置での前記磁場の強度を変化させるために、前記温度に依存する、請求項2に記載の測定装置。
- 前記磁性材料は、前記更なる磁性体に隣接して配置される、請求項3に記載の測定装置。
- 前記磁性材料は、その磁化が温度上昇とともに低下するように適合される、請求項3又は4に記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定要素は、前記磁性体の前記位置での前記磁場の強度を変化させるために、前記温度が変化した場合に、及び/又は前記他の物理量又は化学量が変化した場合に、前記磁性体と前記更なる磁性体との間の距離が変化するように適合される、請求項2乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記測定要素は、前記磁性体に適用され、且つ前記磁性体の前記双極子モーメントに影響を与える磁性材料を含み、該磁性材料の前記影響は、前記温度が変化した場合に、前記磁性体の前記双極子モーメントを変化させるために、前記温度に依存する、請求項2乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記補償要素は、その磁化を変化させ、それにより温度とともに前記共振周波数を変化させる磁性材料を含み、該磁性材料は、前記共振周波数の修正の方向が前記第1の周波数方向であるように、選択され且つ前記測定装置内に配置される、請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置。
- 前記磁性材料は、前記磁性体に隣接して配置される、請求項8に記載の測定装置。
- 前記磁性材料は、前記更なる磁性体に隣接して配置される、請求項8に記載の測定装置。
- それぞれの測定装置が測定に使用されるときに、各測定装置がそれぞれの周波数範囲の共振周波数を有するように適合されており、異なる測定装置の前記周波数範囲は重複しない、請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の複数の測定装置から構成されるセット。
- 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置を読み出すための読出しシステムであって、当該読出しシステムは、
a)前記測定装置の前記磁性体をその平衡定位から外れるように回転させ、それにより前記磁性体の回転振動を励起するための磁気トルクを与える磁場を生成し、それによってその磁性体が前記共振周波数で振動し、及びb)前記磁性体の前記回転振動によって引き起こされる誘導信号を生成するように適合された励起及び誘導信号ユニットと、
前記生成された誘導信号に基づいて、前記温度若しくは前記他の物理量又は化学量を決定するように適合された決定ユニットと、を含む、
読出しシステム。 - 請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の測定装置を使用して測定を行うための測定方法であって、当該測定方法は、
前記測定装置の前記磁性体をその平衡定位から外れるように回転させ、それにより前記磁性体の回転振動を励起するための磁気トルクを与える磁場を生成し、それによってその磁性体が前記共振周波数で振動し、且つ前記磁性体の前記回転振動によって引き起こされる誘導信号を生成するステップと、
前記生成された誘導信号に基づいて、前記温度若しくは前記他の物理量又は化学量を決定するステップと、を含む、
測定方法。 - コンピュータプログラムが読出しシステムを制御するコンピュータで実行されたときに、請求項12に記載の読出しシステムに請求項13に記載の測定方法のステップを実行させるプログラムコード手段を含むコンピュータプログラム。
